Beautifully Furnished Apartment

Despite a high-rise apartment in very quiet location. Have spent beautiful days there and thanks to the great transport links all explored by train. Thanks to Elke and Klaus.

We felt in the nicely furnished apartment very well. It was all there, all we needed. Practically was that the tram was held right outside the front door and took us about 20 minutes to the city. We will gladly return. Katja

The apartment is very nice and comfortable and, what most important, it is exactly as the description and photos. It also is very well equipped. The tram stop is right in front of the building (2 minutes walking) but the ticket to reach the center of Munich is rather expensive. That's because the apartment is locatend in an extra urban area. Mr. Klaus reserved us a quite hurried welcome.

At first we had to swallow something, when we got the apartment shown - in the basement of a skyscraper. BUT the first skepticism was unfounded. Super quiet, clean, equipped with the most important things and with excellent transport links (S-Bahn on the doorstep). So, we were very pleased, have tested all the culinary possibilities of the environment (Italian, Greek and Asian food). Highly recommended is a visit to the Therme Erding. Who likes to go to the sauna should not miss this highlight. Munich will see you again either!

A very nice clean Apartement.Es is furnished with everything you could need. Good shopping, right at home. Very good connection to the city, the tram stops right outside the door (approx. 30 min.). The Pharaoh-house is already a very impressive building.

We 've hired this appartment several times, and found it always very pleasant. It's nice and quiet, and the furniture cheerful; all you need to have a pleasant stay is there, even a supermarket and two bakery's, and the tram 16 stops in front of the apartment building, and takes you to the centre: it leaves mostly every ten minutes!

Although out of the city centre, this apartment is extremely convenient in its location. There are buses and trams to the city, a very good local shopping centre with supermarket, banking and restaurants. You can buy the explore Munich ticket (and other tickets) from the vending machine located at the tram stop. The apartment is clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished.

Good accessibility of accommodation by tram from Central Station. Stop directly outside the property. Clean room with everything you need for a short stay. It has been specially pointed out in questions to personally contact the landlord. We are not averse to spending the night there again.
