(F9) Big central apartment in Mitte!

The appartement was big enough. However ... not clean. With bare feet we did not walked around! Under the beds in the bedroom and sofabeds in the living room was lying all kind of stuff. The covers on the sofabeds were not clean. There were dirty spots. Since this sofabeds were, I certainly don't want tho think about the nature of the stains. Covers I have thrown in the washingmachine, but this should not be necessary! One of the sofabeds was broken. Even the tableware was not clean, foodwaste and similar So all the dishes that we were going to use, I first put in the dishwasher. Also, this should not be necessary. Berlin was very nice, we have seen a lot in those days. So that was what makes the stay pleasend.

We were pleased with the apartment. the location is good and it is easy to get around with the u-bahn system. Parking was easy to find. On a warm day, the apartment was cool. A good retreat from the city.

Perfect! A clean, with everything you need furnished apartment in a very quiet location and yet centrally located in the vibrant Friedrichshain. Reliable contact the owner. We'll be back! Gabi and Reiner

It was very good to live there with 2 families. The proximity to the railway station is perfect and we enjoyed the time. The transfer was easy. We will come back.

Together with my daughter's apartment a few nights "inhabited". We are fully satisfied, everything is present as you could possibly want to cook etc. The IKEA ineterieur is simple but keep. Best for a number of days The neighborhood is quiet and parking places are plentiful. The tram stops (and also runs away again) for the door. On the downside, the coffee is very "Inter Toys", that could be a bit stronger but if that's all! Jan and Nienke

Staying with Ben was great! The apartment looks out live as beautiful as ever in the photos. It has a great location, excellent connections to public transport and is close to the main train station. The apartment was very clean and the check in / check out and ran smoothly. All in all TOP Housing Unit without something to complain about! Always happy!

Splendour apartment and spacious enough. Super location for the tram door so you can all directions and shopping, hardware and Ikea within walking distance. Not least a nice neighborhood so highly recommended. friends Bosma, Couperus

fortunately did not like the apartment from the stairs behind the house on the gas stove knobs were missing and the toilet door would not close. The area is very nice genuine multiculturalism, we liked it.
