Marzena was very helpful when I explained our requirements, and arranged for us to stay at a similar apartment nearby (which she hadn't yet listed), having single beds unlike this one which has two double beds. As we didn't actually stay at this apartment, the only other useful thing I can say is that the location is very convenient as a base for the eastern suburbs; there is free street parking nearby, and it's a feasible by somewhat long walk (about 30 mins) to Bondi Junction train station.

Best value for money

Overall excellent stay, hassle free entry and exit, clean and simply decorated, wifi works well, beds fine, good shower,location of the flat is very good, very central and easy to walk to the metro, next to the jockey club and walkable to happy valley.
The size of the flat is good, we were 5 adults, two couples and a single tall man and were fine for a week's stay.
2 small negatives:
Firstly one of the rooms ac unit's fan squeaked and wasn't really useable to sleep, all others were fine and we managed by keeping the door ajar from the other rooms when needed. Secondly, the flat is 4 flights of stairs up with no lift, I have no problem with this however one of our party was heavily pregnant and struggled a bit, I think this would be worth mentioning in the description.
Besides these if I was coming back to HK again I would definitely consider staying in the same apartment as it's clean, central & was good value.

apartment is ok, no elevator and on 4 th floor, NOT mention in advertisement...all airconditions very noicy.
apartment clean and tidy. centre of shopping and near subway station.

Marzena was fantastic and extremely helpful and responsive;
The unit was very comfortable and clean.
The unit position was very central and easy walking distance to MTR, shops & restaurants.
We definitely recommend this unit.
