My apartment is located in the well-known community “Oriental City Garden." Apartment is 2 bedrooms in total and the size 100 with one big living room, one dining room, one kitchen and one bathroom.
I live in one of the room and want to rent out the spare room. The only bathroom will be shared, but it is very large and clean. We’ve hired a cleaner who takes to cleaning twice a week. The room I intend to rent is about 13 sqm big, equipped with a 1.5m-wide single bed, working table, chair, book shelf, TV and wardrobe. Wireless web is free, as is water, gas and power. The community park is located in Pudong District, a vibrant area in Shanghai. It is very large and landscape is well-designed. There is a gymnasium and tennis court as well! Near the park is the metro station (line 6) - only a 12 minutes' walk from my flat!
