Superb Penthouse Apartment in Palma

The apartment is furnished like the pictures. One highlight was the beautiful and large terrace planted for us. The location of the Wohung one hand away from the tourist area but on the other hand, very close to the center. Even the airport is not far and easy to reach by bus. A short walk separates the Wohung from the center of Palma and the sea. Bus stops are located nearby (opposite and in the parallel street). A small market with supermarket, bakery and cafe is right next door. So you are completely furnished with everything you need. The contact to the landlord Natalia was always very nice, straightforward both in the planning phase and just before leaving for the clarification of the final details and it is very easy to reach. We would come back!

My husband and I were very happy with the apartment. A very nice balcony which we unfortunately due to the weather did not fully benefit from. The apartment is nice close the old Palma. Only criticism is the bed, which is not up to the expected standard.

My wife and I (both about 40) had a great time in the great apartment! Everything you need is there. Bed, bedroom, decor and cleanliness shipshape! The location is awesome, with short footpath to the old town, the harbor and a really nice beach. Those looking for absolute peace, should rather go to the country. But the view and the whole package together make the perfect offer for a mix of terrace, city, beach and good access for exploring! So more than happy! Thank you for taking good care!

Natalia was not very reliable, it has not met two agreed dates. We were not picked up at the airport as agreed, after a phone call in which she said she would be there in 2 minutes, we waited 40 minutes for them. The apartment (it's not Penthouse) is very nice, but unfortunately already very tired and not really clean. The statement has been limited to the pin for the wireless and the remote for the TV. More> information we have unfortunately received on departure. However, we got along so well and felt comfortable also.

We were picked up on time at the airport and driven by Natalia in the apartment. The apartment is exactly as described in the description. Very well maintained, everything works ... tip top! Nevertheless, we hear very little noise and the tranquility. .... Conclusion: We would love to come back any time.

The penthouse apartment has a convenient location in a very un-touristy neighborhood. As described on Wimdu, everything important is around the corner: a supermarket, bakery, bus stop, free parking (during the search and have a bit lucky in the evening no problem) ... Even the pictures correspond to the reality. The apartment is on the entire eastern length windows (patio doors) and is thus very bright, which creates a friendly atmosphere (in the morning / morning the sun greets the bed ;-) The apartment was indeed "proper" ("cleaned"), but not as clean as you would expect ... (STAUB!!) ... We should be collected from the airport, but that did not work unfortunately. So we took a taxi to the hotel, where we were greeted by Natalia, the nice landlady. In the fridge were a few pounds delicious oranges for us ... There were, however, receive (contrary to the descriptions on Wimdu) no German-or English-language television programs, and there were no modern (working) iPod dock ... The promised address for a car rental was missing ... The apartment is large enough for 2 people and we would come back, but until then here ONLY if we read on Wimdu again around positive reviews for itself in charming apartment.

Reached very nice apartment and having everything in Palma well oer foot or bus. Very nice terrace!

Very nice apartment in a great location with a great balcony. The contact with the landlady was absolutely no problem and very nice. We had a fantastic holiday.
