House rules

General Terms of Use
1. The apartment may only be used by the number of occupants stated at the time of booking.

2. Some apartments do not allow animals. If in doubt, please ask first.

3. To prevent bad odors please take out trash from 20.00 hours in the appropriate container for collection. Upon arrival at the apartment, a member of the team will assist with check-in, explain the timing and form of garbage collection.

4. It is very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and to avoid making noise that could disturb both inside the apartment or in common areas (stairs, landing, portal).
Please be careful with the noise from 22.00 hours in the evening until 9.00 am in the morning. Partying in the apartment is not allowed.

5. Help us save energy: a good way to protect the environment is off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the apartment. Thus, in addition, will help to maintain lower prices for our rentals.

6. For safety reasons and to avoid theft please close and lock the apartment whenever you leave.

7. Remember that the check-out has to be done before 11.00. If you need to leave the apartment later, it is important to notify us in advance.

8. The use of the holiday home is temporary and can not be declared as home.

The apartment is in a great location to the Prado, in the old town. Nice cafes and restaurants / taverns in the area. Features of the apartment is very good. All in good condition. Quiet apartment. Contact with the owner went very well, and all the rest The only small flaw bedroom both have a patio, living / dining room has no window. Small window Would be uncomfortable for a longer stay.

The apartment is well but has absolutely no light, the photos are deceiving. It is important to know before booking that windows overlook a courtyard and a first floor. Should provide that information. And 2 rolls of toilet paper for a weekend stop five people is not enough.

The apartment fully met my expectations: beautiful, modern, complete, clean, central but not noisy; the landlord was a very sympathetic and collaborative lady. However I was strongly annoyed by the fact that the person that Wimdu reported as my host (Alvaro) behaved very inefficiently: it took ten days (instead of the 24 hours promised) and four requests of support to Wimdu customer service to have finally an answer from Alvaro, who simply had to say that he had been very busy: during ten days I could not get any answer from him neither through the Wimdu messaging system, nor through the e-mail nor through the cellular phones that had been communicated to me. Finally, I was not able to get from him any written information about the address in which I could receive the keys of the apartment: I got only a request to call again by phone upon my arrival in Madrid airport. Once in Madrid, I got from Alvaro wrong indications and found nobody at the apartment address so that, to get finally the keys, I had to make numerous telephone calls and to wait over one hour in a very uncomfortable environment.
