We organize welcoming service, even late in the evening, with the following rates: 50 € between 20.00 and 01.00 AM, € 70 between 01.00 and 07.00 AM.
Venice Tourist tax not included (maximum 7,50€ per person for the whole stay).

HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENT: from Marco Polo airport, take Actv or Atvo bus to Piazzale Roma (bus terminal), then take Actv vaporetto (waterbus) line 1 and get off at San Silvestro stop.

I stayed here with my elderly (but sprightly) cousin. We loved this apartment and its position right in the centre of Venice.The apartment was stylish and spotlessly clean. I wonder whether it would really be suitable for families with young children, as there is a steep stone staircase and no bannister on one side. We were met on arrival even though I had inadvertently entered the wrong contact number in my phone and the host needed to phone me to find out where we were! I would certainly recommend this place.

apartment very well located near the St Marc and Rialto. equipment but rather summary and especially large moisture problems especially in the master bedroom generating a very unpleasant odor.

TORRE A truly peculiar TOWER FLAT for 2/4 guests, very near to Rialto Bridge 5

fun in the heart of Venice, but it is a tower with a room on each level on 4 floors plus two to get to the front door housing ... Gymnastics to provide ... For the rest of the benefits are correct. The agency staff is nice. Wimdu is a trusted site. We will renew the experience with Barbara Carron and his team. Christine and Jean-Pierre

The apartment was much appreciated, great area with a nice bar for breakfast. Unfortunately I found the apartment for our stay in February 2013 not on Wimdu We would have liked lived there again.

We are four friends, the apartment was very welcoming to us. It is conveniently located near the vaporetto stop and Rialto Bridge. The hostess very nice. Definitely would repeat and recommend.
