Amsterdam Flat with View over Water

Welcome of the owners. Apartment very decent, good value for money compared to the offers in Amsterdam. Located near the city center (you can easily walk), it has the drawback of being right next to a busy road with single glazed windows and being poorly soundproofed. We have not had any luck with noisy neighbors and foolish enough to forget their keys and wake the whole building at night.

This apartment is very nice for a family though a bit noisy in the morning because the bedroom / lounge overlooks a busy street: it allows you to enjoy soon the center of Amsterdam we joined regularly walk enjoying the Joordan neighborhood, beautiful and relaxing.

Hello! Basically not a bad apt comes when you are on vacation again running around and focused only to sleep in the apt. The photos and description were put in perspective. Either the bad translation or someone has meant something, but neither has the apt 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 sofa beds and i WHZ) or 150m "(max.70m") nor (the roof terrace there is a small balcony on the one but not smoking). A main road is also located right next to the living room (which has the advantage that the bus goes directly from home to Central, but also the noise level accordingly), during our holiday workers were still busy facade work, unfortunately, not even enough were curtains available allow a darker or prevent hereingaffen workers. The staircase was of approximately 1m wide, was littered with various items which has not run out and really relieved. In addition, the address sent us did not vote (about 200m away from the actual location). You have to speak a word of praise Ben brought us the keys. Very nice man who gave us tips on things so well. Finally, it must be said that we would have expected more based on the photos and description, but in the end it was ok. Still a nice holiday

The apartment is amazing! Clean and well located. The terrace is brilliant and the view on the harbour is spectacular. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Sony is a very nice and helpful host. Everything was just perfect!

Very good address. The apartment is great with a beautiful view. The hosts are friendly and available. The price / quality ratio is unbeatable. I highly recommend it.

The house was in a great location right in the center of Haarlem. The house is well furnished, cozy. It is not suitable for small children or for people who have difficulty walking. The stairs are very steep and the bathroom is on the first floor. Too bad for the price we paid it was linen not included.

Had a great time. The apartment is fantastic, lovely communal space with spacious lounge and nice kitchen. The hosts were great too, very friendly and funny.

The place was really nice, very clean and confortable. we felt like at home.

Very nice and friendly house! ... We were 6 people and have spent 2 nights in the apartment. We liked it a miss anything. Without problems were hours late checkout. Everything is great in everything!
