A seating corner with flat-screen TV, a fireplace and an iPod docking station are standard for each apartment. They come with a private bathroom that is equipped with a spa bath.
Guests can make use of the kitchen facilities which include a gas stove, dishwasher and a microwave/oven. There is also a dining area and all the necessary kitchenware is provided. Barbeque facilities are available in the garden.
The Dolfinarium Harderwijk is a 15-minute drive from Villa Libertas. The Wolderwijdmeer beach is 3.5 km away.

1- Please do not move the furniture. This might cause unnecessary damage and wear to the furniture and floors. The caretaker can charge you extra if furniture must be moved back in place. Do not open rooms or cabinets which are under lock and key and there fore intended for private use.
2- Do not throw anything in toilet, baths, wash basins or other drains(no tampons, sanitary towels, nappies, panty liners. Do not pour environmentally dangerous cleaning products like bleach ,etc .,fat and food residues in the drains or toilets. This causes serious blockage!
3- Always use bed linen on the beds. if you do not, you could be charged for the cleaning cost of the pillows, covers and mattresses
4- An open fire is not a lowed !
5- Respect the terrace ,do not pick the flowers and do not touch trees and plants: do not make fires! Setting up tents is strictly forbidden.
6- Make sure you do not create a nuisance. Stick to the rule that the rest of your neighbours must be respected after 22.00h in the evening.
7- Immediately report possible imperfections upon arrival, and inform the care taker within 24h,to avoid you being held responsible at the end of your stay. Report possible damages occurred during your stay and before you leave, to allow the care taker to prepare the house for the next guests. You are insured against damage conform with conditions stated in your insurance policy.(see policy and terms and conditions Insurance)
8- Possible complaints must be immediately(with in 24 h) reported tot the care taker. If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved by the care taker with in 24 h after reporting it, you need to contact Visseringstaete with in 48h.We can then be at you service. our telephone number 0031654797292
9- If a complaint, after consultation with the caretaker/Visseringstaete cannot be satisfactorily resolved at the location,the tenant can lodged a complaint-in writing exclusively- with Visserringstaete, within 30days after return. Villa Libertas will process the complaint and if it is justified, search a suitable solution.
10- The refuse collection is in the visseringstreet Please place the refuse in the indicated place before this time. The care taker will tell you where the place the domestic waste at your departure.
