Agreeably served best with a glass or three of the Cape’s finest wines or a tall flute of Champagne.

The bedroom en-suite is tastefully lightly decorated with an air-conditioned climate control unit helping create that perfect sleep-in morning.

This pristine apartment is nestled below the Sunset suite and provides you with the ideal opportunity to do whatever you please, whilst on holiday in the Cape.

With the waterfront and city bowl only a few minutes’ drive, you are perfectly positioned close to the bustle of the city life, yet distant enough to relax and forget it all.

Within a 150 meter proximity, you are closely located to the many restaurants, cafe’s and bars which light up the Camps Bay strip.

House rules
Please note that we require 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirming your reservation. This is done as we start to turn away other potential guests to ensure availability for your requested dates.

The balance of your accommodation is due 30 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable at this time.

We suggest that guests purchase sufficient travel insurance to cover your expenses in the event that you need to change or cancel your reservation.

This policy is strictly enforced and by proceeding with the reservation, you hereby accept these terms.

HOUSE MANUAL:

Standard check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival.

Check out time is by 10h00 on the day of departure.

We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you would like to guarantee an early arrival or a late departure an additional half day’s rental must be charged per occurrence (as we block the property for the preceding or following night). If you have any special requests please contact us.

We have an early or late check in fee of R 300 for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00. This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival, but if this is not suitable we can invoice you for it.

Guests are required to provide their credit card details upon arrival in the event of any damages in excess of R 200.
