About Sydney:

Sydney has all the vigour of a world-class city, with the reputation of its restaurants in particular turning the lingering cultural sneers to swoons. It seems to have the best of both worlds: twenty minutes from Circular Quay the high-rise office buildings give way to colourful inner-city suburbs where you can get an eyeful of sky and watch the lemons ripening above the pavement, while to the centre's north and south are corridors of largely intact bushland where many have built their dream homes. During every heatwave, however, bushfires threaten the city, and sophisticated Sydney becomes closer to its roots than it might like.

It's also as beautiful a city as any in the world, with a setting that only Rio de Janeiro can rival: the water is what makes it so special, and no introduction to Sydney would be complete without paying tribute to one of the world's great harbours. Port Jackson is a sunken valley that twists inland to meet the fresh water of the Parramatta River, in the process washing into a hundred coves and bays, winding around rocky points, flowing past small harbour islands, slipping under bridges and lapping at the foot of the Opera House. Sydney is seen at its gleaming best from the deck of a harbour ferry, and a ride on one is an experience not to be missed.

It might seem surprising that Sydney is not Australia's capital and indeed, the creation of Canberra in 1927 – intended to stem the intense rivalry between Sydney and Melbourne – has not affected the view of many Sydneysiders that their city remains the true capital of Australia. In many ways it feels like it and the city has a tangible sense of history, with the old stone walls and well-worn steps in the backstreets around The Rocks an evocative reminder that Sydney has more than two hundred years of white history behind it.

2BR Surry Hills Apt w/Sports Facilities

We stayed at the apartment in April 2015 (2 adults and 2 children) and found it to be excellent. Great location (handy to transport and also easy to walk into town and around), great facilities, spacious, very comfortable and very clean and tidy. The one negative was dealing with Peter and his office staff. When asking for clarification or assistance, they were very defensive and their general communication was not great. Once they sort that out, I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment as a great place to stay.

City Views-Sleek studio

Apartment very well located, the whole town can be done on foot
The downside is that this is the same street is very busy and noisy at night.
The pool and rooftop jacuzzi its a real plus
Everything conforms to the description on the website (missing a few dishes when we are still 5)
I highly recommend

2BR Surry Hills Apt w/Sports Facilities

Thank you for the great apartment. It has a great location to public transportation. Everything you need is available (great kitchen, washer, dryer, balcony, ...). The rooftop pool is awesome. Here you have a beautiful view. On the way to the station you pass a supermarket. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Would highly recommend it and would like to stay here again at any time. Again a big thank you to Peter, keep it up.

2BR Million $ views in Woolloomooloo

The apartment was great, the views of the Sydney skyline from the balcony simply stunning! Key collection (pick up at the reception of a hotel) worked without problems.
The apartment itself is decorated very spacious and comfortable, modern and chic 4 adults, only the baths date back to an earlier era ... would be renovated. Very good beds, air conditioning works great. We would come back!

2BR Million $ views in Woolloomooloo

It was magical beautiful! The Quartier 88 Dowlingstreet the 4th floor was fantastic.
The view over the botanical garden to the skyline and down to the Bridge and the Opera House. The location was great, walking in a few minutes in the Botanical Gardens, yet quiet. Also near some gems, like the Tilburyhotel the hidden rooftop garden. Finger wharf with the fine restaurants ..
Within walking distance also equal to the King Cross station on the Butler stairs.
We found the neighborhood to get to know ideal for a family to Sydney. We stayed 2 weeks there and no day was boring. Also the Museum of NSW, the Park at Government House, the garden at all! Wonderful !!! Through the park it was also the same walk in the Rocks, so middle of the action. The apartment itself clean, spacious, well equipped with washer and dryer, and the kitchen very well. The beds super, 2 lovely bedrooms, a very tasteful living-dining room, 2 bathrooms. Heart and tired tourists after the trip what you want more!
Everything was phantastic, we loved it! Thank you !!

Central Sydney Studio Apartment

The location is very good. you can walk to most sightseeging points. But the appartment is very small ald old.
when we arrived the phone lay down on the floor amd the kitchen was dirty. the room is also very dark there is no possibilitiy for sunlight to come in. so you dont est at home because its really not nice. There is no possibilty for wireless. Also the owner wasn't really kind. we ask if you could check out a little bit later or if could
place our
baggage somewere. they just wrote back: "no", like in alot other situation. for that the price is really to hight also the cleaningfee of AUD 130 is way to
much for that little room.

Apartment with Roof Pool, Sydney

The apartment is in a good position, near the metro station, on bus routes, just a few minutes walk from Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, The Botanic Gardens and Central Station. Comfortable and well equipped though a bit dated. The weather was cold and the heating took a long time to warm the apartment up. The weather also meant we weren't able to take advantage of the large balcony. During our stay the hotel pool area was being refurbished but I'm sure it will be a great asset. There was nowhere to leave luggage after checking out, the hotel staff were friendly but we weren't treated as guests. There is a Thai restaurant on the ground floor which was very good.
