If you want to go to Messe Frankfurt, you will need about 25 minutes with public transport.
How do you travel here? With airplane or train? In both cases, I suggest to take the S-Bahn or U-Bahn to station "Hauptwache". There you have to change to one of the U-Bahns "U1", "U2", "U3" or "U8" to station "Grüneburgweg", there you exit public transport. After exiting, please walk into the "Baustrasse", walk to the end, then you see the "Lersner Strasse" right in front of you on the left side. You can ring at my door bell or give me a call when you know the time of your arrival. I live in the same house, so I can take care easily.
Frankfurt offers plenty of opportunities. During the day one can discover Frankfurt's historic Old Town, the cathedral and the famous Goethe house. The old town and downtown are the heart of Frankfurt. Here you can find the “Römerberg” with the “Römer”, the “Schirn” and next to it the imperial Paul Square, Paul Church and the Opera Square with the old Opera House, the main transport hub station and Konstablerwache, the Zeil shopping district, the luxury shopping street Goethe Street and the promenade Freßgass, the financial district and the stock market. The Old Town and downtown can be conveniently explored on a guided tour. The 200m high Maintower in the financial district provides a terrific overview and the zoological garden in the east of the city is always worth a visit.
Conquer the Main metropolis by night - exotic, modern, classical and whimsical places are waiting to be discovered! Frankfurt’s offers so much more than its traditional pubs and restaurants. From Asian to the Himalayan, Middle Eastern through to Mediterranean, to the Caribbean and South America, every cuisine is available. Even the "down under" Australian treats have found itself here. The choice of bars is equally as diverse. From the classics such as "Jimmy's Bar" or the many hotel bars to the in-bars like the "Luna" or "Havana" to the "Rote Bar", (which is completely hidden without a neon sign directly located on the Main River) - Frankfurt has it all.
