Original hardwood floors have been recently refinished and the bay windows in the living room give both plenty of natural light and privacy while enjoying stunning views. The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests with Two queen beds, one full bed and 2 extra single futons available upon request. All linens and towels provided.

Neighborhood: COLE VALLEY This is one of the most exclusive areas in the city. Within walking distance are the Haight- Ashbury neighborhood and Golden Gate Park. The neighborhood is very safe and located steps away from many restaurants and shops. Cute apartment in a very good location on a steep street. Indeed no car is required here, many locations can be reach by foot or through public transportation. Had a very good time in Bernat's apartment and very much enjoyed the wonderful terrace with a prime view on the city skyline.

Decent apartment with garden and great location. Close to public transport provides easy access to downtown and airports with BART. Walking distance to the nice middle class neighborhood Noe Valley and the more exciting the Mission district. Serviceminded owner as quickly sorted out with a clogged sink. Big plus for just 2 minutes Mitchel's ice cream. Best ice cream in town!
