Spacious Midtown Apartment in NY - 6786

Very good location and good size apartment with all the necessities for our party of 8 people. Quite a few restaurants nearby and a subway station just down the street. We had a problem with the radiators that wouldn't stop heating and one of them had a broken knob. We called the agency who were very nice and helpful and sent a man to fix it - it didn't help though... Also it was litterally painful to shower in the apartment because of the water temperature that was constantly changing between either ice cold or burning hot, and that caused us quite a bit of frustration during our stay. Besides from that the apartment was very nice and clean and with plenty of towels and we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Apartment very nice clean functional group or family (be careful tuileaux heating are very chaut especially for children ages low) the apartment is close to shops and transportation metro area very lively in the evening great.

Fantastic Apartment. Just what was required for our week in New York. Very clean and spacious and in a great part of the city.

The apartment was fine and clean. Met expectations. Great beds and bedrooms. Toilet Paper and scourer were present and also two toasters. Location was perfect. Very centrally located in a nice street with several restaurants. Well recommended for 7-8 persons.

Fantastic location! This is a great apartment, and a great base if you're planning to view the sights on New York! Getting the keys was pretty straight-forward, the rooms were all clean an good-sized. Only criticism was the sofa-bed, which looked pretty old and wasn't particularly comfortable. On the whole though, good value and would stay again!

This is not the housing that we occupied. Wimdu practicing overbooking (voluntary or not, I doubt ...) it would be good if the proposed housing exchange is really equivalent to the initial offer, because for the same price, benefits change, the fourth level of style without lift entrance hall and smelly building, dirty and dangerous stairs, broken door locks, no dishwasher, taps clogged ... In fact we were redirected to an apartment on 22th Street, 1st Avenue certe which was clean and well equipped inside, according to the pictures but the address and the floor we were announced at the last minute and still on request and for good reason. Damage. The stay was pleasant but despite noisy nights due to nearby hospitals (ambulances blaring).

Apartment very well located in Manhattan. Quiet. Very clean. One flaw: the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Sensitive dos abstain.

an extremely negative opinion ... 1 - when we retrieve the keys in another place (not very practical), gave us the wrong address! 2 - we found the apartment in a mess (dishes not made, room terrible bath). A maid has finally arrived in the late afternoon. We actually recovered the apartment to 20h. Iimpossible to sleep at night so there was noise in the street (no insulation) 4 - the best: two huge bins were stationed near our door, what a welcome! We used to travel but we have never experienced such a "disappointment."

The apartment was clean and neat, but more suitable for 4 people. There is no trust and bord.Det is fine with kitchen, but there is a place to sit. The location is central and there is much traffic noise.
