The sofa bed was had old linens. Probably a miss by the staff, because when we called and pointed this out so come the new quite so promptly. Busy street, but otherwise clean and nice and enough space for four people. Analisa quick to respond. Good position to reach the most part - via subway, bus and even by walking, such as Harrods and Hyde Park. Great to have a giant Tesco few minutes away. We can think of to stay here again. The small terrace on the courtyard is certainly cozy when it's a little warmer. We were here in December.

Wir waren mit 11 Erwachsenen und zwei Babys drei Nächte in dem Haus. Für unsere Zwecke (Sportreise) war das Haus von der Lage und Ausstattung perfekt! Allerdings ist das Platzangebot mit der Belegung auch ausgeschöpft, glücklicherweise brauchte nur eins der Babys ein Reisebett, ein zweites Reisebett hätte nicht mehr gepasst. Auch eng wurde es mit nur einem Badezimmer und die Klospülung des einzigen Klos stellte uns hin und wieder vor Herausforderungen... Dafür ist Größe und Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut!
Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Schwierigkeiten mit dem Schlüssel, aber durch den super Kontakt zu Analisa war das schnell geklärt.
Wir werden das Haus sicher noch einmal buchen!

Stylish Apartment in Bayswater-QB9

Appartement très bien situé, proche des commerces et du métro, propre et pratique mais les voisins ont été particulièrement bruyants, les fenêtres sont mal isolées (courant d'air juste au dessus du lit !),la chaudière fait un bruit épouvantable, le canapé lit est un peu casse-tête à déplier et il manque des lattes : problèmes de dos, s'abstenir !

La posizione dell'alloggio è estremamente comoda per tutti gli spostamenti in quanto si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Hammermish dove passano tre linee della metropolitana che permettono di raggiungere tutti i principali punti della città.
Ci sono tre camere con letti matrimoniali di cui una è dotata anche di un letto singolo. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose. Dispone di un solo bagno che comunque è grande e ben attrezzato.
La cucina a sua volta è bella grande anche se abbiamo trovato che la pulizia fosse abbastanza scadente. Pentole e posate erano sporche, così come il lavello e il piano cottura. Sotto ai divani, posti in soggiorno, c'erano persino delle bucce di mandarino cosa che ci ha fatto capire come la moquette, presente in tutta la casa, non fosse stata minimamente pulita. Mancavano, inoltre, le lenzuola per il divano letto, essendo noi in 8 e avendo sette letti a disposizione nelle camere, anche la padrona di casa sapeva che avremmo usufruito del divano letto non preoccupandosi di attrezzarlo di lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani.
In generale siamo stati contenti principalmente per la posizione comoda, ma la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.
