Convenient, Pratical Studio in Nice

House ideally situated in the center but no lift (to be expected). However before we arrived we had not been advised of the possibility of any cockroaches, highly disappointed with this impropriety. We have not met the owner but the host who gave us the keys was perfect, nothing to say.

We didn't really enjoy the stay because of the many cockroaches. It was also really warm, because it is an uninsulated attic. The room has a quite low ceiling, so we could hardly stand upright. The host and the lady who showed us the place are very friendly and the location is really great.

low price and great location. But the studio is on the top without elevator, so it's hard to walk up the stairs with lugguage. And we couldn't close the window in the studio. The most terrible thing is, there are a lot of cockroaches you can't even imagine. and at first night, there was a blackout. We were so embarrassed. I accept the studio located in wonderful place, but that's all.

Amazingly good location! Cannot stress enough how close it is to everything you need; Internet cafe, laundromat, restaurants, main shopping area & beach. Although it is described as a 'studio' it is more of an old attic that has been painted. Mature age visitors wold not enjoy this space as I found I had a sore neck from crouching down to avoid the sloped roof constantly, also the stairs could be an inconvenience for some. I was very Impressed with the area of the place but overall hygiene wasn't great, I found a number of cockroaches & also rotting food that had been left in the fridge! The small space is okay for one person, maybe a young couple but I couldn't imagine sharing that small room with someone else. Overall my stay was okay minus the small Hygiene issue & also the difficulty to communicate with owner over where to leave the keys etc, I felt very insecure with our communication after i waited for 3 hours in the hot room to 'meet' Marco - upon his request & arrange how I will return the keys but he never showed up & did not answer my phone calls. Therefor I wasted half a day which wasn't ideal. But I believe if you are jus using the space to sleep in & for nothing else the price is fine just for that. The area makes it all worth it.

We stayed 2 nights - a tiny room, but completely furnished. Convenient location - in the city center. Everything OK ... just on the second day we didn't have electricity. Overall I would recommend it for a short time stay.

The location of the room is fantastic and only 5 minutes up to the beach promenade! The host was very helpful and friendly. For my next trip I book the room again!

Nice little flat, lovely destination, good value for its price. Recommended for young couples ;)

The apartment is very small as it is a room bedroom so low ceilings etc, but is good value for money and very suitable for a young couple. It had all the facilities one would need and the location was fantastic. The host was also very helpful when we arrived.
