Suite room for couple @ Redhill MRT

Fantastic people to stay with open honest and very helpful. Great family and the room & house was very clean. Easy access to everywhere was also great. What more could I say than I will go back there. Dennis L

Really nice friendly place to stay - Joyce and her family are so nice :) Convenient bus direct to the city centre

My friend and I have recently stayed with Joyce and David for 1 month. Honestly, its one of the best decisions I have made. Joyce, David and their family is a happy, bubbly bunch, filled with laughter and joy. They are helpful and give great advice about Singapore. The single room is spacious and comfy with air con. The place is clean and has all you need. If there's anything missing, David and Joyce are more than welcome to help. Bathroom is clean too. Location is convenient, with bus stop outside and another bus stop a bit further down. MRT is 5-10 mins away. Some food stores are downstairs but a wider selection is just 5 mins away so super convenient. All in all, its a great place to stay. Its the people who make the place but in this case, people and the place is great. Can not recommend this place any more highly and definitely go back to stay if I am back in Singapore.

We had a great time and a very comfortble stay at our apartment at Jln Rumah Tinggi! Our hosts were more than friendly, in fact we were treated like we were family! My recommendation: Awesome!

We stayed in the master bedroom, which is a little bigger than the other rooms and has two chairs and a table plus a commode. There's an AC unit in the room as well. The whole apartment has two bathrooms, which means that the host family has one for themselves while the guests share the other one. Our stay couldnt have been more pleasant and you wont find a place like this again in Singapore. We were not only guests but felt like a part of their family. They even made breakfast Asia-Style one day and always offered us their food and drinks. At one point we actually felt like they spent more money on us than we were paying! We even met their three grown up kids and some of our group went out with them on different occassions. Another big advantage is that they're all pretty much native english speakers since the whole family lived in NZ for a while. The appartment itself is very clean and they offer laundry service for a small fee. In addition we could use their huge, new fridge and when the need arose they printed stuff or offered to buy meds when someone got sick. There's a bus stop right in front of the appartment complex (Line 63) and it's a ten minute walk to the MRT Redhill station (Bus stops there as well). Several little hawker centres in the area offer food and drinks and can easily be reached on foot. Furthermore the whole appartment has just been furnished so everything is still new! To sum it up we all had a great time and would love to stay there again! Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay!!

I enjoyed the stay at this apartment.Joyce was really nice and helpful and cared a lot that I feel comfortable. They have renovated the entire apartment and it is really clean. There are two things to be aware of. First of all the room I stayed in was pretty tiny. There are larger rooms. Just make sure when booking that you get one of the larger rooms. Secondly, you should know that Joyce, David (her husband) and their kids live in the same apartment. So, it can get quite crowded.
