House rules

Please inform me as soon as possible about your time of arrival.
Do not open to anybody.
Remeber that I don't charge anybody with extra cleaning fees so please try to leave the house as clean as you found it.
Pets are not allowed.
You can use the kitchen but always leaves clean. You can use the refrigerator but take only the food you bought by yourself.
Do not go away until you have returned over the keys! :)

I was two nights, I felt like my home, the room was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the area is very quiet and there are many shops around for shopping, Erica has been very careful and nice and very helpful, I do a lot of compliments to the owner.

The house and room are very warm and welcoming. Alexander the owner of the house was very kind and friendly. He immediately offered to give us a ride from the airport to the house. Very close to the metro and the area is beautiful Tuscolana for shopping.

Welcome and hospitality truly unprecedented. The house, the room is very very very clean, warm and welcoming, and not lack for nothing in terms of quality and cleaning the accessories attached. Alessandro, the owner of the house, was very kind and friendliest with us for the entire stay, making themselves available for any need, on arrival, he immediately offered to give us a ride in the old town, when he realized that we were in difficulty for the time submitted. Price, really convenientissimo and in my humble opinion, very small compared to the excellent quality of service and accuracy as a whole We'll be back to 100%! :)

Had a very pleasant stay in Rome with Alessandro. Spotlessly clean, fully equipped, spacious and comfortable. Kindly reception, very friendly roommates. Otherwise very convenient location: lively, metro close ........ and in ruins park nearby! Recommend this place! Michele & Hervé
