We met a very nice and dedicated hostess who took care of our needs without being intrusive. The room and bathroom were associated, albeit small, lovingly furnished and have met all of our needs. The location is a bit far from the city. Buses with the center is very easy to reach. Friends we like to recommend this property, and we would decide again for Kasia.

The room is very nicely furnished, with private bathroom very comfortable! And everything was very, very clean! I only missed a small television to see the daily news from around the world. Kasia is a very helpful and friendly hostess. I felt very comfortable in their house and can only recommend it! Thank you Kasia!

Enjoyed stay with Kasia very much, she was friendly and helpful with a lovely sense of humour, a perfect hostess. The room was very comfortable, the location is quiet and facing a pleasant park. A short walk to (regular) buses into Sydney Centre or Maroubra Beach. Maroubra Beach is a few minutes by car and is both quiet and very beautiful. Coogee Beach is 10 mins away by car and also very pleasant with more life, restuarants etc. Location is very convenient for the city, beaches and airport. Would definitely stay with Kasia again when next in Sydney.

Kasia was very welcoming. The room was clean. It was too far to walk to the beach which was disappointing but otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay. We would recommend it.

On our all too short visit to Sydney, we were very lucky to find the perfect host with lovely, well located accommodation. From our late evening arrival of our flight from the U.K. to our departure 5 days later Kasia made us feel so welcome and did everything possible to help us make the most of our short stay in her wonderful City. Kasia was worth staying with real 5 star. Although the room was small, but very functional with a walk-in closet, private bathroom and refrigerator. It was extremely clean, as Kasia is a perfectionist. Can not beat the small terrace overlooking the small garden is out. Although it's all a bit small but really nice. In the city you need because of the easy access by bus only about 25-30 minutes. We really felt at home at Kasia, it is a pleasant and very nice person. The motto here Travel like a local one hundred percent!

We had a very nice stay. The room was cosy and very clean; the private bathroom was a big advantage. The location was quiet with a walking distance to Maroubra Beach, supermarkets and buses to the City. Kasia and her Son gave us a very friendly welcome and we felt very comfortable there. We would recomend staying at Kasia's place without any hesitation.

We had a warm welcome from Kasia and her son. A comfortable and clean room and en suite. We found getting to the city easy on the bus. Kasia is a lovely, friendly and helpful host who gave us lots of info before and during our stay. A great homestay.
