This bright spacious modern Docklands apartment is located at Victoria Dock it is a 2 minute walk to the Excel Exhibition Centre, and within 5 minutes of London City Airport, Thames Barrier Park and the Emirates Sky Line (London's cable car facility) which takes passengers to Greenwich O2 in 5 minutes.
Situated in the Olympic River Zone, and very close to three DLR stations, guests can reach Central London within 20 minutes and Stratford international and Westfield Shopping Centre within 10 minutes, offering all the convenience of a home from home stay in Central London but at a budget price. There are small shops nearby where you can buy all your basic groceries (Costcutter) and larger supermarkets within a 5 minute train/bus ride.
The apartment has two bright dock facing double bedrooms, a lounge diner (and space for 2 guests to sleep), separate well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. We are child friendly and can provide a cot if required. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, crockery and cutlery. The apartment has gas central heating.
The lounge has leather Sofa’s, TV, DVD and DVD collection and WIFI internet access. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
The apartment is located on a private estate and is patrolled 24 hours a day by Security. The apartment has a lift and an allocated parking space.
We ask for a £150 refundable deposit (Cheque / or Cash) which is payable at the beginning of your stay and returned to you at the end of your stay pending no damages.
