Wonderful Studio, Historical Center

This place was a real find. Compared to the management guy in Venice, this place was a dream. A gentleman was waiting for us to let us in, then a lovely lady, Maria arrived to bring a map and tell us places to see and eat. The apartment is bright and roomy. 42 steps up from ground level, so if unable to do stairs, not suitable. The shower was excellent if you're a normal size. WiFi was consistently good. It is right next to The Duomo, which is in the middle of everything. If there was a 4 and a half Star rating, I would give it that for 2 reasons. One is the noise, not just at night, but in the early morning with cleaning and garbage trucks. Was quite loud and disturbing at times. 2nd reason was only 2 thin bath towels and 2 thin hand towels. In all, a great experience.

The apartment is truly unique next to the Cathedral. It is decorated nice. However, the shower had only limited success, and not the Internet. That would be no problem, but we had to rely professionally in Florence and on the Internet. Since this apartment has no private person, but is managed by a property management company, the contact has not always been easy. However, Silvia was always very friendly and helpful. Another note: the direct connection to the cathedral naturally leads to a tremendous noise, and in the hot season and excessive Aufhitzung the home (lack of air circulation).

This apartment was comfortable and beautiful and in a great location just across the street from the magnificent Duomo; within easy walking distance of many of Florence's greatest attractions. However, it was a bit loud at night as people left nearby bars. That is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

This apartment is in the best position you could ask for in Florence! The apartment itself is very spacious and has a great working kitchen. Silvia is absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The only negative is that it was very noisy at night being so close to piazza del Duomo (in Summer), however, I would highly recommend this apartment if you want to be in the centre of this amazing city with an apartment that feels like 'home' in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay in the failed and cozy apartment. The terrace is an absolute dream, a small oasis where you can relax wonderfully, is for you and also can enjoy an undisturbed afternoon sun. Mario supports and cares great and is quick to help in an emergency. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short stay in Florence - a degree of familiarity of the residents should be given, however, as the sanitary facilities have not all too much privacy. Also you can hear the road, but that will be the case in every city located accommodation. The city's attractions are within walking problems without depending in 15-30 minutes. And you live in an authentic neighborhood, with excellent taverns, small shops and ice cream parlors. The beautiful Boboli Gardens are virtually on the doorstep. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment has a special vintage style while still providing all the needed comfort. It is also centrally located, only within a short walking distance to the main city attractions. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They provided good insider tips and offered complimentary fruits and drinks upon arrival. We had a nice stay and would definitely stay again there if we return to Florence.
