holiday home convenient and connected

Donato is very nice. The apartment is clean, the only downside is waiting for the bus that is sometimes around 15 minutes and then take the subway very convenient. Had a good stay tiring because we walked a lot to visit all!

Very warm welcome by our host at key hand-out. Appartment is in good residential location with small supermarkets and pizzerias nearby. We always took the old-fashioned tram (30 minutes to Termini Station) for our daily trip to the City centre. Thank you, we had a great stay!

We are all very pleased with our stay at the apartment, it was spacious and exactly as shown in the picture. It was really comfortable especially during winter. The host was really nice and helpful in explaining how to get to the city centre easily.it is easy to cook inside the kitchen and everything is really clean.

Donato is very helpful and the house is very cozy. Even though I only spent one night I hope to be back.

We were 5 adults and a child of one year and the floor, despite not being very big, has two large bedrooms and the kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with everything. The power of the shower is rather short, but Donato's the first thing you say (I do not think that depends on the floor). The apartment is quiet, is entered through a courtyard garden nice and has some pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacy ... We arrived later than expected and Donato was waiting there and very kindly said markets, transport, visits ... in addition to us by mail previously advised the best way to go. The floor is far from the center but well connected with trams (for us, the best option) and buses. Tip: If you get to Ciampino, take a direct bus to reach Termini and then tram 5 or 14. Donato is available for any problems (we have not had any) and allowed us to leave when we wanted the last day (because no other guests entered). We had to pay bail or cleaning charges. Overall, very good.

The hotel was almost perfect - large, clean, quiet up to the tram is 2 minutes, the bus is over in 3 minutes on the subway. Unfortunately the water has too little pressure, there was hot water at times (evening) did not.

Nice apartment with 2 large rooms. It takes 1/2 hour to Termini. Owner very friendly and available.

nice budget secured place - but no air conditioning, in the month of august we all dying with kids., its a pity..all the shop is close aside of pizza shop.
