Cosy small apartment in quiet area close to the Plaza Mayor, the Palace and the lively Sol! There are two bedrooms with two good double. beds. The apartment has only few windows, no balcony, so little light, but if you are the entire day, no problem! Javier is a good host!.

The location of the apartment is great, right in the center. Close to the Reina Sofia, near Plaza Mayor and Sol, it's all to walk. Beds are good and it is good to do for a week to spend. The kitchen we found a bit austere.

Javier's apartment is very cozy and nice and although it is located in a lively part of Madrid, La Latina, it is very quiet inside. We liked it very much.

We were able to enjoy a few days in this apartment situated in the most picturesque area of ​​Madrid. The area is excellent for tourism, as there is a great atmosphere in the streets and you can walk a number of must-see sites of the capital. Also note how well you eat in the area, with tremendous variety of restaurants and bars to go from typical rods and caps. The apartment very clean, comfortable, with everything you need. We loved the bottom, with sofas and TV, very convenient, and friendly. The host was very friendly and polite at all times. Strongly recommended!

The location of the appartment is very good, near the city center (10 minutes walk to Plaza del Sol), nice, quiet, cosy appartment. It's better for three than for four people, because there is one kingsize bed (two persons) and another bed for one person.
