Beautiful Enchanting Guest Room

Me and my son felt right at home. Nice quiet area, nice building, no sounds from the street! Room was tidy, with nice personal stuff, bed very good. Everything very clean. Hope to come back there!

The stay at Holger was very pleasant and the room was nice. I will keep Holger as nice, helpful and fair (!) Hosted in memory. Only minor weaknesses in shower and sink prevent 5 stars. However, this property is to recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

I only have positive things to say about Holger and his home. He was a gracious host who was very knowledgeable and helpful and he had an immaculate, beautiful apartment! The home was perfect for our stay in Berlin. It was located very close to the metro and near lots of restaurants. The neighborhood was very international which allowed for a nice variety of food and groceries at good prices. I would definitely recommend staying with him and would book with him again!

Cool and relaxed place to stay. It's a great base to explore and enjoy Berlin. Holger was a good host and the guest room was spacious and comfortable for three people. I will not hesitate to recommend Holger's place to friends in London looking for a place to stay in Berlin.

Fantastic host, made me feel very welcome despite me arriving late at night, room was warm in winter month, and had everything you could want, TV, Stereo, Computer for the Internet, Clean Sheets, etc. Rest of the flat also was with everything you could want, and very close to the subway. Would stay again, and recommend to anyone wanting a nice flat owned by nice folk fairly central in Berlin!

Holger is a very good host, the room was clean and very comfortable. Even a bottle of water along with bottle opener was intended. And on the fresh bezogenenen bed was already on top of the towel with a packet of jelly babies. As you come to like :-).

The room was very cozy and clean. Holger was a very nice, accommodating and uncomplicated host. It all was meant: a separate room in the refrigerator, kitchen, computer with wireless ... Recommend to definitely continue!
