Apartment very well for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children), conveniently situated a little noisy, you can hear your neighbors and descent of water from the upper floors, but that does not prevent us from sleeping. We visited all the city center on foot from the apartment, can also take the tram 20m from the bottom of the building. Danny is very welcoming, and speaks French. We will definitely return to Amsterdam and certainly will think of this apartment. For those who have a car, it is best to testify his luggage and then park in a park and ride P + R on the outskirts of the town € / day with 8 tram ticket AR

We had a great time in Amsterdam. The location of the house is perfect to explore the city without using any public transport.

Great apartment, friendly and helpful owners and great smoking. Central Location meant getting around was easy. 9/10

A nice and friendly place in a great location. Walking distance from pretty much everything (if you like walking, as we do), but away from the noisy 'stag weekend' areas. You felt like you were in 'authentic' rather than touristy central Amsterdam There was some confusion when we arrived another group had been accidently booked into the apartment we had reserved. Allan offered us a smaller room upstairs for the first night with a generous discount. The apartment itself (which we stayed in on the second night) has a good, cozy feel to it and a nice view. The computer in each room was really handy. We'd certainly stay here again.

The stars do not shine much, the photos seem and are, apartment not clean and very dusty, old bathroom with washbasin 30 cm, with no room window and glass in common with another room, uncomfortable bed on a wooden box, try to believe.

The place was well located, the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We even got to borrow bicycles for a day. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the appartment and the VERY strong smell of cigarette smoke. That was hard to take. But Amsterdam is beautiful and we hardly spent any time in the appartment...

The location is good, but the spaces are not very clean. Premises and supplies should be renovated. The window would not close, and at night we found a mouse, we were told that "this is Amsterdam"! We left after the first night, they returned some of the money.

Hotel great location and the reception was great. A good weekend in perspective. Room for 4 person large enough.

We stayed in apartment for 2 nights. The location is great, the host is very friendly. The apartment has some utensils and refrigerator. The problem with it is that it is very small. The size of the bedroom is literally the size of the bed, you can't walk in this so called "bedroom", there is room only to get in and out of bed. Living room/kitchen is tiny with a tiny (dirty) sofa, fit to sleep 1 child maximum. We were sold on the fact that it sleeps 4 people which is not the case at all. Two adults with one child maximum. I would avoid it if you travel in hot season. It was very hot and you can't open the windows because of the mosquitoes form the canal which the apartment overlooks. So, if it is not hot and you are two adults and a child, this is a good place to stay, otherwise I would not recommend it.
