The accommodation is located in the south of Munich in the district of Thalkirchen-Obersendling-Forstenried-Fürstenried-Solln. In the north of the district there is a thick building development whereas in the suburban area there are single-family homes. In the south west there is the Forstenrieder Park, a landscape protection area of the size of 49km². In the east you can take a walk along the river Isar.
Despite being located in the quiet suburban area, the inner city can be reached quickly by car. Subway Station is just a few minutes away. Underground line U3 leads from there directly into the inner city. Munich's sights and nightlife are therefore easy to reach. The latter is focused on the inner city, especially the old town and the surrounding scene in Alt-Schwabing district, the Glockenbachviertel in Isarvorstadt and Schwanthalerhöhe. The Subway line U3 also passes by the Theresienwiese. For this reason, the district is also a good choice for people visiting the Oktoberfest.
