Peaceful Garden Studio in Kensington

To say this lovely property is extremely well situated for easy access to public transport links, the city and the beach is to distract from the welcome, the friendliness and the kindness of the hosts, Ben and John. The room is very comfortable, self contained and offers privacy, as well as that certain luxury which comes from regularly servicing with clean towels and sheets and a restocked fridge for breakfast. We can't recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough and would certainly return.Thanks John and Ben for making our stay such a happy one. Fi and Tom

It was a very pleasant stay: a small, pretty garden shed, only two tram stops away from the city center. Breakfast in the garden we enjoyed very much. Very nice and helpful owner - we remember with pleasure and be happy to recommend the hotel.

Very good stay in Kensington, nice and unusual! Very welcome! Functional apartment, lovely hosts and very helpful. Good breakfast provided. Located outside the Loop but Metro stop 3min walk from the studio. I recommend!

As a world traveler, I would highly recommend staying with Ben and Jon who were both wonderful hosts. The property is approx 10 mins from city, and the bungalow is at a 5 star standard.They were always smiling and nothing seemed a problem. Many Thanks, we will be back...........

Ben and John were excellent and attentive hosts without being intrusive. We were very comfortable in the garden studio and would happily stay again.

A better start to our holiday we would not have asked. We met two very nice people who have a very good nose for fine living. The Garden Studio has more than met our expectations and we can only recommend to anyone who wants to have a short way into the city Ben, John, and learn to know her great garden studio.
