Amazing Stylish Hip Guesthouse

The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean, glenn was an incredibly friendly hosts who made us an additional route in Brooklyn so what you can discover where to go and eat. the area is very nice and you quickly to the subway to Manhattan. we will like to come again and again!

Glenn is very nice, easy going and helpful. However, the pictures of the property are shown very optimized. With us, the room and the bathroom was just not clean. The walls are partly made up of thin, nailed Plexiplatten and let the wildlife in the garden adjacent to crawl through the joints. Bottom line, it was more like a slightly better camping adventure, sensitive should not be so (which we are not). In relation to the good price in NYC possibly justifiable (?) ... Know everyone must be.

The room was OK, the bathroom was very small and not rather clean. The pictures show the reality, but more beautiful and polished. All in all OK, price / performance for Brooklyn was also ok (note hotel prices or hostel prices), but we were a couple. NYC during our stay it was unfortunately wet, which is why the flats were damp. Glenn was during our stay there was short, but we helped with hot water. Internet & Wifi there were.

The room at Glenns guesthouse was spacious, light and clean. The bathroom was not clean, there was no vent and is was very small. There was most of the time no warm water. I could have mentioned this to Glenn, but haven't seen him during my stay. Mixed feelings about my stay. I loved New York and the neighborhood (Brooklyn) where the guesthouse was, but for 1 person the price for the room/facilities/service is not in proportion.

WOW! A great apartment and a great room. Glenn is super nice and super Greepoint as district. It is fast in Williamsburg and Manhattan is not far. The Area (Polish district) is safe and everywhere there are nice cafes and restaurants. The rooms were large by New York standards, clean and very quiet. The garden is a dream and everyone who knows New York knows what a luxury that is ... I would go back any time! Thanks Glenn for this perfect stay!

We liked the room. Both the room and the bathroom where not clean. There was no opportunity to keep it clean ourselves. The neighbourhood was ok, but the subway connection was difficult. Luckely the ferry connection was good (but more expensive). The welcome was nice, but we pitty that we didn't see or hear the host anymore.

Very nice and helpful hosts, romantic place, all scruffy little.

A good stay.

We had a great time in NY staying at this place. A perfect stay to see the city, friendly welcome, clean and very relaxed, close to restaurants, café's, the subway and ferry. You have to share the bathroom with one other room, but you have a good room with enough space and privacy yourself. We enjoyed it very much!

We liked the neighborhood and the ferry which is quite close to the appartment. The room felt different to the photos shown on the website (now the photos match!). The bathroom is shared between two appartments, is pretty small and gets a bit dirty after a couple of days.
