For all guests above the age of 16 there is a Barcelona City Tax surcharge of 0.75€ per person per night.
Check In
The standard check in time is 3.00 pm onwards. Earlier arrival requests will be honored subject to availability of the apartment and subject to prior written request.
Check ins after 10.00 pm will carry a supplement of 50, 00 Euros and check ins after 00.00 pm will carry a supplement of 100, 00 Euros. Since 03:00 to 09:00 is not possibe to have any check in.
In order to ensure a smooth check in without delays, clients are asked to provide the host with their time of arrival days beforehand and then also to call us as soon as they arrive in the city.
Our representative will wait be waiting for you in the apartment at the agreed time. After showing you the apartment and receiving payments for the outstanding balance and damage deposit we will give you the apartment keys.
Special note:
Please note that we are unable to hand over the keys, or let guests remain in the apartment until the outstanding balance and the damage deposit have been paid.
During the check in the client:
• will pay the deposit for a possible damagges
• will check the apartment with our representative and notify the host of any dissatisfaction within a 24 hours of arrival
• sign the rental contract
This refundable deposit will be returned after the clients’ departure and once we have checked that the apartment for damages and breakages and verified that it has been left in the same condition as on arrival.
Check Out
The standard latest check out time is 11.00 am. We will always try to accommodate our clients’ requests for late check outs wherever possible. Late check outs can be up until 8.00 pm after which time the extended stay will be considered an additional night and will be charged accordingly.
IDENTITY AND NUMBER OF GUESTS
The client must inform of the total number of guests who will be occupying the apartment during the period of their stay. Unless otherwise agreed, only the number of people stated in the clients’ reservation can make use of the apartment and the number of people in an apartment can never exceed the number shown on our website; (children under 3 years old are not counted in this number). Should there be any infringement of this norm, I reserve the right to demand that the client leave the apartment. In such cases the client will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.
Special Note: In order to contract one of our apartments guests must be over the age of 18 and in addition all youngsters or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or tutor at all times.
CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave in a civic manner and to abide by the commonly recognized co-existence norms; norms such as not causing damage to the property, furniture and fittings and also avoiding any kind of action which could disturb the peace and quiet of fellow residents such as holding parties, playing loud music, slamming doors, running or shouting in the common areas of the building or on the terraces.
Should any guest not abide by the co-existence norms and/or fellow residents complain and/or the police are called, the host has the right to demand that the guests leave the apartment. Furthermore, the client will have no right to claims for any refund or other form of compensation. Any additional costs incurred such as police fines will be the responsibility of the client.
LIABILITY
The host will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage to persons or possessions that may arise as a consequence of your stay. The host will not be liable for any items left behind in the apartment.
LENGTH OF STAY
At certain key periods of the year, such as Christmas and New Year, August and also when the large conferences and trade fairs are held, the minimum stay will be four nights for all reservations
