Nice Apartment in Historic Building

Lovely, cosy apartment! Close to the beautiful Santa Croce and other main attractions- didn't have to travel far at all to get to the station, shops, restaurants etc. Luciano and Stefanie were very courteous hosts, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay in this apartment was very nice. The house offers all comfort and is furnished with great taste and attention to every detail and very clean. As far as location is also excellent: a 1-minute walk from St. Cross and then allows you to turn the entire historic center on foot. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly and even showed us the most interesting places to visit.

Luciano and Stephanie are very friendly hosts. Their apartment is very well located very pleasant. Anyway everything is OK, a big thank you to both and may be soon.

Brilliant location with all the important sites within walking distance. The apartment is a bit dated but very clean & comfortable. It is worth the money. The hosts are enthusiastic people who also gave some great tips for sight seeing and restaurants.

We were two colleagues staying in Florence for a conference. Staying in this appartment was really a success. We were in the middle of the historic centre with everything close by. Also the conference was hold only 10min walking away. We had much better Wi-Fi in the appartment than other conference participants in their hotel allowing us to do some remote work. The appartment had all commodities - even a washing machine. We resticted our cooking to a minimum, but as a choice, not as a consequence of the appartment. Apartment very well located and equipped. Easy access to the city center of Florence. The breakfasts are available and charming.

What a brilliant place! So close and handy to the old town and with some very good local recommendations from our hosts and every part of our comfort considered, we felt welcome and well set up in a bigger that expected space with all the amenities required. Luciano and Stephania were very considerate and hospitable, would definitely book again.
