Dear Liliana, unfortunately we weren`t happy at all and would like to have the 30 Euros for cleaning refunded. Why? Even though there wasn`t any water at our arrival the appartment could have been vacuumed. We had to clean quite a few hairs from the bathroom floor, the bath tub and even on the pillows we found too many black long hairs. The bedding and towels were dropped carelessly on the bed. The appartment could be quite cosy but needs more caring. Please let us know if we could expect the 30 Euro. Yours sincerely Birgit and Leonard Sommer.

You will be refunded the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 2 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 2 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the cancellation fee.
