Big Apartment near Place Vendome

We were 7 "Ladies" who booked a weekend in Paris. The apartment was a perfect central accommodation for large groups and both close to shopping, food, nightlife, attractions and transport. There was all that was needed for light cooking in the apartment and when there was no glass to all that transported it to us. We are very satisfied after the stay but we had been super happy about Wi Fi worked.

Spacious, well located, but the owner must monitor more cleaning. A bathroom, no toilet, little to rent for 8 people. The toilet outside the bathroom is very small.

As my husband and I and another couple prepared for our trip to Paris, we researched many apartments for rent. We choose to rent this specific one for the pictures that were provided on the website and for the location. However, upon our arrival to Paris we quickly learned that the pictures represented on the website were not an accurate depiction of this apartment. The pictures shown were of a beautiful, clean and contemporary decorated apartment. We arrived to a dirty and filthy apartment. The basboards were coming off, the springs were hanging from the bottom of the dining chairs, the walls had stains and black marks all over, the burgundy curtains had white spots all over, the decorative pillows and couches had stains all over, there were nails sticking out of the walls, there were chunk of missing paint on the doors, door frames, etc. The kitchen was sticky with grease which seemed like it hadn't been lived in for years. The bed posts and materesses had black spots all over. There were also no towels, toilet paper or even soap. The blankets left in the closet were dirty and had hair all over them. In a nutsell, the apartment which we paid $2645 for 6 days, which comes to $440.83 per night was not liveable. This renter is not trustworthy and posts pictures of apartments that are misleading

We are quite disappointed with the standard of the apartemant. The furniture is dirty and worn. There were no glasses and teacups for seven persons. There were no towles and blankets to all. It's only single-glazed windows so it's very noisy from the street. But the worst was that the sofa bed was broken and could not be used. Two of us had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for four nights. For this we received no compensation.

Hi, Very good location, funny flat.It is however time to change the furniture and renovate a bit.Was not really super clean.Good bathroom design.Comfortable for 2-3 persons.Thanks for it!

We stayed in this spacious appartment for 4 days (weekend). The location is perfect, nearby parking space, subway and shopping area of Les Halles - Beaubourg. It's a 10 min. walk to Quartier Latin, Place des Vosges (Marais). The only remarks we have are a loud neighbour (below the appartment) who, when drunk, likes to play music all night long and a sofa which cannot be considered as a bed. Besides this, I would recommend this appartment.

Nice apartment, good location with market and a few restaurants nearby. Comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 8). Only small problem, there was no cloth to wipe the dishes and cleaning was poor (tomato sauce on the wall mottons hair on the couch bed). Another annoyance but not in relation to the apartment is the recovery of the key since we rented through an agency. He took us to the office of the agency to recover Clées and then take the metro to get to the apartment. When you are 4 people with luggage, it's a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, excellant choice for visiting Paris.

The room fits the pictures and description. For my taste lack utensils and ventilation to the streets in the extractor. The area is centrally located and well connected. Check the check-out of the reservation by the theme of the slogan.

Otherwise everything was present and for a city break this location is highly recommended. The subway was almost on the corner. The key pick up and drop off was about 10 minutes walk away.

very nice apartment, great location but what a pity .. 2 hours of cleaning appronfondi enough to make it perfect! leaching paintings of doors (wc and shower) cleaning wall tiles in the kitchen, quick vacuum bedroom closet (I did) ... not very complicated things! Presence of moisture in the bathroom sink and shower but clean. uncomfortable sofa bed mattress for very thin but perfect bed. spots in the kitchen do not seem fonctionner.A check.
