Comfortable Room in Central Rome

Hi, we stayed for three nights in Rome, the apartment is very clean and well maintained, Giorgio is super nice and helpful. The room is centrally located overlooking a small park to Colosseum one runs 10 minutes. The nearest metro station (line A, Manzoni) 5 minutes. Everything you need is close by. I shall return.

The room is great with Giorgio. It is quite enough for 3 people and the location of the apartment is great - about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Giorgio is very nice. In the apartment everything is ok - bathroom, kitchen, breakfast, free Wi-Fi. We liked it very well. We would come back again.

Had a spacious room and free Wifi. Room looked neat and clean. Beds were good. Well-insulated windows, but internally very noisy. Bathroom acceptable but the kitchen is very plump. Sober breakfast. Quiet location within walking distance [30 min] of the Colosseum.

It's a great pleasure staying in Georgio's house! The room is perfect for three, a beautiful vista, shower, toilet and kitchen are nice and clean. Every day there are nice sweet cookies for breakfast, tea and coffee. The place is near the public transport to the Colloseum and Termini (10 minutes by metro). A nice and quiet environment, better than the tourist centre. Extra attraction is the wonderful and enchanting cat. Love it all! Large comfortable room in the neighborhood "calm" San Giovanni Manzoni, 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum, also accessible by bus or subway tram Well received by Giorgio us good advice on tours and transport. Thank you Giorgio and perhaps another time!

When Giorgio everything fit: location, rooms, bed, bath, etc. hosts are very helpful and friendly!

Experience a little disappointing, not very warm welcome ("hello, hello") pd-5d., The household has not been rebuilt or towels changed, the trash emptied too-crowded small kitchen and bathroom water in common

Very pleasant room in a great location, we had a great time.

The large flat by Giorgio and his family is located on the sixth floor of a house across from a park in a side street near St. John Lateran (lift). You look so from the room by a very large, folding window into the green. The neighborhood is very quiet for Rome standards. We slept very well, also because of the good beds. Bus, tram and metro are close, it is fast in the center, but there may also have to walk (especially Colosseo, Foro Romano). The hosts are very friendly and discreet and you can use the kitchen and bathroom privacy. Overnight in a threesome is not a problem. Breakfast nook in the kitchen preparing for the self. A hangover is omnipresent. We were very pleased overall. The neighborhood is a good location from which to explore Rome.
