Renovated Flat in Center of Vienna

The apartment is very centrally located in the 3rd District in a nice area and near the Danube Canal with a very good access to public transport. Shopping are just minutes away on foot. The apartment is as described and fully equipped. Short-term parking facilities are located right outside the front door, parking is available on a longer with the underground car park to be achieved. The contact with the landlord turned out at any time and with any request always friendly, helpful and reliable. All in all I would recommend the apartment very much, I had a great time there.

A spacious apartment on the edge of the old town of Vienna. A great base for visiting all bezienswaardigheden.In Contrary to what the ad is, there is a parking not included. A few kilometers away is a guarded car park for € 3 per 24 hours. This is a great alternative and easily accessible by Metro. The apartment is in one of the classroom buildings neo Vienna as attributes. It is old, with high ceilings but fully equipped. According to the advertisement is no Wifi available, but if you are looking for in the wireless networks available, you can find an unsecured network that you can use.

Julia is a very helpful woman. Tells much about Vienna and in everything sake. Unfortunately we have not been in the apartment due to renovation of the neighboring apartment. Julia reported correctly and was very helpful in finding another stay.

Value of the apartment were good. Approx. 3 minutes from the nearest metro stadium. Very friendly and welcoming host. Again and again gladly.

I had a longer stay in the apartment and I felt very comfortable. it is clean and you have plenty of space. The location of the apartment is perfect, down to the city center are 30 minutes walking distance. The hospitality of the landlord I can only comment positively. Thank you for a nice stay in Vienna.
