Attractive and well-lit room in Untersendling, Implerstrasse with top floor balcony (4th floor) and private bathroom. Room looks out into quiet, green courtyard.
The building was erected in 2006 and the room is recently renovated. Dark parquet floors, a double bed (140 x 200cm), large wardrobe, desk and chair as well as a flat screen television equip the room. The balcony is accessible from the room and has balcony furniture for your use. Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony only.
The private bathroom has white tiled walls with a large shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The bathroom is reserved for the sole use of the rental room. The washing machine is shared with the home owner.
Wi-Fi Internet, linens and towels, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine and hairdryer are also provided. There are no more kitchenfacilities to use. Breakfast is not provided.
The public transportation is ideal, with the subway station/ bus stop “Brudermühlstrasse” only a few meters from the front door. The U3 and U6 lines are the city’s major North/South public transportation arteries, linking you directly to Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, Odeonsplatz, Münchner Freiheit and even the football stadium. Marienplatz is 8 minutes away with the subway.
The footballstadium and the ICM - Internationales Congress Center München you will reach by subway within 25 minutes.
The Isar River, Flaucher and miles of running and biking trails are at your doorstep. The Oktoberfest fairgrounds can be reached in 15 minutes by foot or in two subway stops.
A supermarket ist just oppositze the street. The Various restaurants, pubs, chemists/pharmacies and other shopping outlets are within 150 meters of the apartment.
Parking is available on the street with a resident parking permit or metered parking for 6 € per day. In 10 minutes walking distance there is no fee for parking on the street. It´s also possible to rent a parkig space in the basement garage for 8 € per day..
Depending on capacity bookings for only 1 or 2 nights there might be an an extra charge of € 25. Please contact me before.
