Very nice apartment, according to photos and descriptions. All that is needed is provided in the apartment. Quiet area, 10 minutes from the metro and 45 minutes from Manhattan. Irina has provided a binder with all the information and advice in English and French which is really a saw our English.

We thank our guests have trusted us and have provided us with a bright, functional and very clean apartment. In addition, they have shown kindness and high availability while remaining discreet. We had a very pleasant stay and we recommend our guests!

A nice, clean and well furnished studio about 30 minutes from Manhattan (10 minutes walk and 20 minutes subway). Free parking behind the building! Regarding the neighbourhood, it's better not to walk around at midnight alone.

The apartment is very large by New York standards! It is also very stylish and clean. Nothing was missing, everything needed was available! Communication was easy and enjoyable, important details in advance and we immediately got a few tips regarding eating / drinking / sights were there too. The service to Manhattan is great, a subway station is 2 blocks away. Williamsburg is also just around the corner, ideal for restaurant-/Kneipengänge. All in all, TOP!

Beautiful apartment modern and well equipped, the neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, very well served by the metro between 5 and 10 min from the apartment, our host gave us alot Irina dinstructions on business opportunities in the area and we also proposed a taxi for the return. In conclusion an unforgettable stay in new york and thank you again to Irina!

Nice, clean and functional apartment. Everything worked perfectly. We had our 1,5 year old daughter with us without no problems. They have a baby bed. Neighbourhood is a little deserted when it comes to shopping, groceries etc. but very lively when it comes to the local citizens and the everyday life. Irina was very informative about the nearest shopping possibilities. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay. Everything is clean and nothing broken. The appartement is in walking distance to the subway. Irina is a nice host and very helpfull. We enjoyed the stay very much.

This is a very nice and quiet place to stay in New York. It s easy to reach Manhattan from Brooklyn via the Metro.

The apartment house is situated in a residential neighborhood in Bedford-Stuyvesand (Brooklyn) and has 12 two-storey dwellings that are rented out to tourists or businessmen. Our apartment was brand new, very clean and equipped with everything you could need. Toaster, microwave, and even dishwasher and detergent, placemats and an apron were available. Sleeping there for at least four adults in a large bed and a comfortable sofa. We spent 9 nights in May 2013 and there have felt very comfortable. The people on the street were very friendly and helpful. Shopping for food, there are plenty. Subway station to walk about 10 minutes and about 20 minutes to drive to Manhattan. Dear Irina, we loved the apartment. Thank you, you were very kind. We are looking forward to seeing you again.
