Your place to stay is located in a private and quiet atmosphere at the recreation area "Unterbacher See." Here we offer you a complete apartment with two double bedrooms for your business or personal residence in Düsseldorf. On request the use of the garden and swimming pool is also possible. The apartment is on the ground floor of our owner-occupied two-family house on the southern outskirts of Dusseldorf, in the district Vennhausen.
Shopping e.g. Supermarket, chemist, bakers, butchers, etc. are located just 400 meters away. Parking is usually plentiful on our street.
Whether you are staying with us on a business trip or on a leisure trip where you will get home after an exciting day, with us you will feel good. International audience is very welcome. We also speak English. If you have any further requests, please ask us! We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It is a nonsmoking apartment, but you can smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine for up to 10 cups of Senseo or individual cups, kettle, etc. .. Whether pots, pans, knife block, cutlery or crockery - it's all there. A dining table for up to 8 people is available on both the terrace and in the living room.
The living room invites you with a large leather couch and a great view into the garden to relax.
The guest room No. 1 has two single beds (each 0.90 mx 2.00 m), corresponding bedside tables and cabinets, and TV (the cabinet) and a desk with a PC. The beds are a nice step-in height of 60 cm.
In the guest room No. 2, a futon double bed is of 1.60 mx 2.00 m and also 60cm high. This room is equipped with a television and a desk with PC and offers a very modern feel.
The shared bathroom has double rooms for both next to the toilet and 2 sinks with a tub shower wall.. Of course, towels, bath towels and hair dryer are available for you.
A separate toilet with a toilet and a small sink is available for as well.
The covered terrace is accessible from both the kitchen and also from the living room. Our garden is a paradise with a size of about 700 square meters. It has a terrace with 2 sun loungers delineated on the right side of the garden, at times you can feel free to retire for a good book. Even the garden shed at the lounges by the pool invite you to relax. By prior arrangement, the garden and pool can be used too.
As early as 100 meters away from us is the "Ellerforst" with lots of forest trails that are ideal for jogging and walking. After about 1 km walk you reach the lake "Unterbacher-See" with restaurants, cafes, paddleboats, sailboats and surfboards rental, swimming pools and ropes course.

the motorway A46 (exit Eller) in about 5 minutes
the fair in about 30 minutes
the airport in 40 minutes
downtown in about 15 minutes
the old town in about 15 minutes
(the bus stop about 400 m) with the 722 bus will get you hassle free to the Innenstandt with lots of shopping streets, our world-famous old town (20-30 minutes) or from here up to the main entrance of the fair (50 minutes).
