Flat in Totally Remodeled House

We were eight and wanted to dance at the Feria. 8 for the apartment was too small. The couch in the living room did not work. The location is pretty central and very friendly Elvira. Thank you Elvira.

Elvira's apartment in the center of Sevilla, halfway between San Justa station and the historic center, it is ideal to know and live the days Sevilla want to be. Furthermore, both the furniture and floor care are excellent which has made our stay very pleasant. Elvira and her daughters are magnificent hosts and thank them. I recommend it without hesitation.

Very attractive place at the edge of the Centre - well furnished and lots of room for the family. Easy walking distance to the centre. Would stay there again.

This first floor 3 bed, 2 bath apartment cannot be more highly recommended. The spacious rooms are tastefully and fully furnished, decorated and fitted to a very high standard and there are many thoughtful provisions - good quality bar soap, teabags (even a teapot!), coffee, washing up materials, maps and bus timetables etc - which made us feel at home immediately. The block is secure and well maintained with lift access. Although situated on a busy main road, effective double glazing keeps traffic noise to a minimum and there is a pleasant park view from the living room. The property is most conveniently located within easy walking distance of both the main train station and tourist areas and a Lidl supermarket and good local bars and restaurants are only doors away. Host Elvira responded promptly and helpfully to pre-arrival enquiries and was most welcoming on arrival. This was one of the best holidays we've had and this excellent apartment largely contributed.

The apartment is good value for money. It was clean and everything worked. It is located close to the train station, not right in the centre of Seville but only a 15-20 minute walk away. It had everything we needed. The layout is very long and narrow and it lacked charm. One problem was that you can hear people talking in neighbouring apartments, often very late at night. Otherwise it was O.K.

Elvira has been a great home. Very attentive to our arrival and very communicative. It was a pleasure and the location of the apartment was perfect

A pleasant surprise the quality of the apartment, a piece of ground with a tremendous limipeza and unbeatable location. 100% recommended for any person who wants to stay in them, but always with civility and conscience.

Elvira's apartment is very centrally located, is clean and modern. Elvira is a very nice and likeable host. I would stay at Elvira, if I went again to Seville.

we enjoyed staying in Valley Gardens. the apartment has all the necessary comfort and space. The apartment was also very tidy and clean, which we liked. The apartment is very well located to walk to the old city centre of Sevilla.
