Kitchen: Features all the necessary appliances and utensils for a home made meal, including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is also a large dining room for 6 people with Catalan Art Nouveau (Modernista) tiled floor.
Bathroom: Ample bathroom with bathtub/shower and Catalan Art Noveau tiled floor.
Living room: Furnished with unique art pieces from famous Spanish artists, TV, sofa that may sleep 2 more guests, and table where to leave your laptop and work/log on to the Internet.

The Verdaguer Metro Stop is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment, which runs on both the yellow and blue lines - perfect for getting to the beach or the park Guell in just 10 minutes.
There is also a bus stop in front of the building, with the lines: 8,15,19,33,34,43,44,50,51 and 54, and few meters away there is the tourist bus stop.
