If you want to go further field, you can take a train from Stratford City to City of London (8 mins), to Docklands (11 mins), to West End ( 20 mins) or Oxford Street shopping & restaurant strip. And CityLink is on your doorstep, connecting you with all major freeways out of the city.
The property accommodates guests both in the bedroom and within the lounge on the sofa's provided.

Stratford is the location of the Olympic park, and also accommodates one of Europe’s biggest shopping centers, Westfield’s, which has more than 300 stores and plenty of restaurants with food from all over the world. There is also a cinema and a casino in Westfield’s.
The transportation to and fro Stratford is excellent. Central line gives you easy access to central London. Approximately it will take you 10 minutes to Liverpool Street, which is very close to famous Brick Lane, with lots of markets and hip bars. In 20 minutes, central line takes you to Oxford Street, which is the main shopping street in London. Jubilee line will take you to Canary Wharf within 10 minutes, where you can enjoy the new financial district with a big shopping centre and lots of nice restaurants and cafés set to enjoy the water surrounding the tall buildings.
If you want to enjoy the incredible nightlife of London, there are plenty of buses to take you home at night. Bus 25 goes directly from Oxford Street to Stratford, and runs all night.

Appartement bien aménagé, proche du métro;), parfait pour trois personnes.

En revanche, lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons eu la bonne surprise de trouver les draps sales.. Les draps du lit n'étaient pas propres, je suis assez étonnée voire assez choqué.. L'hygiène et la propreté sont pour moi primordiale..

Amazing Views Westfield 2 Bed Apartment

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wer diese kleinen Wohnstraßen mit den typischen Reihenhäusern mag und nicht direkt in die City möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber auch einen gewissen Charme. Die Räume befinden sich im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Die Türen sind zwar einzeln abschließbar, sind aber vom Flur aus zugänglich, so dass man keine (!) abgeschlossene Wohnung hat. War aber kein Problem, da man dort oben allein ist und eigentlich nur die Küche dem Aufenthalt dient. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir den Eindruck, dass vorher nur oberflächlich schnell geputzt wurde (Böden z.T. etwas staubig, Soßenspritzer vom Vormieter in der Mikrowelle). War aber kein Problem, wir haben die Tische noch einmal gründlich abgewischt und uns "unser" Geschirr für den Aufenthalt abgewaschen, und alles war gut. Kleines aber sehr schönes Bad, Betten sehr bequem, Heizung war wirklich heiß, so dass wir trotz 0-5 Grad Außentemperaturen im T-Shirt frühstücken konnten. Besen, Handfeger sowie Mikrowelle, Herd, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und sogar ein Bügeleisen vorhanden, TV funktionierte sehr gut, WLAN ebenso. Bettzeug war bezogen, Handtücher aber selbst mitbringen! Supermarkt und Bus direkt um die Ecke, auch ein gutes und preiswertes Restaurant namens "Sahara-Grill". Die in der Beschreibung angepriesene Shopping-Mall ist schon ein Stück weg (gut 3 km, also 10 min mit dem Bus oder 1 Station mit der Tube), muss man aber auch nicht unbedingt gesehen haben. Stadtteil und Bewohner sind bodenständig, aber man hat auch abends nie das Gefühl, dass es dort unsicher wäre.

(english) We had a great time in this apartment. Joe Rhys was waiting us when we arrived. He was very kind. He gave us information about services in the area and instructions about the apartment. Although it's the top floor and we stayed in november, the temperature was good at any moment thanks to the central heating and a good isolation.
In the zone 3, near the Leyton Tube Station (central line) and also some Bus line stops.
About supermarkets, you'll find an ASDA near the building and a Tesco a bit further. Many small shops are even closer, like a Saintsbury's, a bakery, other shops with imported products...
(spanish) Lo hemos pasado muy bien en este apartamento. Joe Rhys nos esperaba cuando llegamos. Fué muy amable. Nos dió información sobre servicios en la zona e instrucciones acerca del apartamento. Aunque es la última planta y estuvimos en noviembre, la temperatura fue agradable en todo momento gracias a la calefacción central por radiadores y un buen aislamiento.
En la zona 3 para el transporte, está cerca de la parada de metro de Leyton (linea central-roja) y también tiene cerca parada de autobus de varias lineas.
Sobre los supermercados, hay un ASDA cerca y un Tesco un poco mas lejos. Muchas pequeñas tiendas están mucho mas cerca, como un Saintsbury's, una panadería, tiendas con productos de importación...

Conocida es la mala relación calidad-precio de los hoteles en Londres. Es la primera vez que probamos el alquiler vacacional como alternativa y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Este apartamento nos ha permitido ahorrar en alimentación al disponer de una cocina completamente equipada con frigorifico, cocina, horno y microondas. L’appartamento era gradevole in una zona molto tranquilla e facilmente servita dai mezzi di trasporto. L’arredamento, molto spartano, potrebbe essere un po’ più curato almeno per le necessità basilari della cucina e del bagno in cui mancano assolutamente mensole su cui appoggiare il necessario per la toeletta. Scarsa anche la fornitura di asciugamani che ci sono stati rilasciati (solo uno a testa) solo dopo la nostra insistenza in quanto ci è stato detto che non erano compresi nonostante così fosse indicato nella presentazione internet. Buona la disponibilità del proprietario (o chi per esso) all’accoglienza.

Todo muy bien, el estudio es pequeño pero estaba todo muy limpio y en una zona muy tranquila, a unos 8 min de la estación de leyton para coger el central line hasta el centro . Joe, nuestro anfitrión, ha sido muy amable con nosotros y puntual a la hora que habíamos quedado.

We enjoyed our stay in this appartement. It was clean and cosy. Joe is verry friendly and helpful. The neighboorhood was quit. The tube station (central line) is 15 minutes (walking) away.
