No parties, no smoking, no hookers, no illicit drugs, no pets, no wet bathing suits and sand, no visitors, no stranger occupants not allowed in the condo. Disrespect of this rule will result in loss of the security deposit and immediate termination of the stay.
TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING, fans and lights when you're out or when you're not using them.
All guests must provide by email (.pdf format) a copy of their passport page with photo, name, identification and address, immediately after the reservation, for approval prior to arrival at the apartment.
If exceptionally was permitted by the landlord the stay of more than 6 guests in the apartment, will be charged at the time of check-in time an extra security deposit of $200 USD which will be returned to the guest at the check-out time, provided that the apartment is returned to the owner in perfect condition as received.
The entrance of people in the apartment is permitted only for those who had been documented at or prior the check-in time; thus it is NOT ALLOWED to invite any other person to visit, stay or sleep at the apartment.
The number of authorized guests is that one stated at the reservation moment. If exceeded, will be charged a $50USD daily fee per extra guest, to be paid immediately, and may even result in loss of the security deposit and immediate termination of the stay.
On arrival, the guests will be asked to sign a Term of Responsibility to ensure the observance of the rules of the condominium and good conduct.
Check-in and check-out schedule can be made more flexible depending on the availability. If nobody is coming in right after you or checking out right before you, then efforts can be made to arrange early check in and/or late check-out, depending on the cleaning service schedule availability. Nevertheless, officially, the check in time is at 3pm and the check-out time is at 11 am. Failure to comply with this rule will result in penalty that will be deducted from the security deposit.
It is not allowed to stay in groups in the common areas of the building for more than 10 minutes.
It is forbidden to maintain open the apartment’s entrance door.
It is prohibited to block entry to common areas, corridors, lobbies, stairs, elevators; they should remain free for residents’ easy circulation.
It is not allowed to play ball games of any kind, use of skates, skateboard or ride a bike in the lobby, corridors and halls of the building.
It is forbidden to use the elevators without wearing a shirt.
Respect the neighbors, so abstain from producing loud sound or noise after 10pm.
Don't put wet towels or either don't sit on the beds while wet from the beach.
Electric voltage is 110V. It's a good idea to bring an adapter plug depending on where you come from. Not because of the voltage but the electrical plugs are often different in each country.
Keep clean the kitchen and the bathroom as they are given to you.
Don't leave oily substances on the kitchen's and bathroom's marble floor or on the bathroom's countertop.
Don't pull harder on the curtains if you feel resistance. The little plastic holder will break and the curtain will fall.
Keep the front door of the apartment locked, all the time, and keep the windows closed when you’re out.
Keep the place nice after you.
You are paying only one time the cleaning fee with respect to the cleaning that is done for your stay at the apartment.
If the keys are lost, will be charged to the guest $10 USD per key, to be paid immediately or to be deducted from the security deposit .
The stay may be canceled under the following circumstances: excessive number of people in the apartment beyond the stipulated number of guests; excessive disturbance of the neighbors, parties, illicit drug use, presence of animals, hookers or other not allowed stranger occupants in the condo.
The occupants have full responsibility for the equipments, furniture, accessories and safety of the apartment. The guests are required to abide the internal rules of the building. Any penalty for the failure to comply with those internal rules will be charged immediately to the guest or will be deducted from the security deposit, and there may be even cancellation of the stay before the originally scheduled end.
The owner is not liable for any personal or property damage or loss that may possibly occur with the guests.
Treat the apartment, the furniture and other goods just like you own them.
