Paris Studio-sunny private terrace

Communication and reception were good. The location of the apartment is ideal,: only 100 meters walk from Jasmin Metro Station (line 9) in the quiet and upscale 16th arrondissement. Shops are within walking distance. We have the garden (furniture) to good use. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and 10 years. The size of the apartment we underestimated a bit. Our car parked in garage 5 days Porte d'Auteuil: EUR 50!! The apartment was fully furnished. The sofa bed was on one side (right) broke and the bed collapsed two times together. The kitchen - cabinets above - was not cleaned properly. Especially the mat for the sink was downright nasty. The shower was nice. The bath we did not use in hygienic grounds.

Studio looks great: ok main bed, curtains, frames, but that is not properly maintained eg. - Lock the front door broken key lock off there is only one lock that works on three closures - bathroom: bathroom cabinet (no lamp inside) - corner the broken sofa bed (right angled) so that the bed rocker on the left side - 3rd bed: no cover sheet and duvet dirty sofa bed! insufficient comfort Yet we said come to 3 people - dining: legs of a chair unsoldered This apartment must be a complete overhaul to be nice

The location is very good, the metro is literally around the corner (2 min.). Shops for daily needs are in immediate Closer. The apartment looks in the photos larger than it is (even in the photos, which we have done). There are 2 beds (including a mattress and a sofa pull-out), which are suitable for individuals and in addition a bed, which was adequate for our 13-year old boys, I would be with my girlfriend but was too intimate. For couples, it would be okay. With this restriction, the apartment can be well used by 4 persons. Advantageously, a second key ring had been, because we had different interests us more often divided into two groups. The terrace was one of us, unfortunately, because of the freezing temperatures are not used, but it looked tempting. Overall, a good base for a short break in Paris.

The apartment has us very well. Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable here. The three of them is definitely big enough. She was neat and clean, with fresh linen and towels. If we go back to Paris, we will rent a room here again. Thank you: o)
