Charming & Elegant Boutique Apt.

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. But finding the house late at night with the help of the taxi was not easy. (Only 7 minutes to the airport if it is locally known) Local bus outside the door with destination Downtown and Shopping Mall Aventura. The house was under repair and will certainly be very nice when finished. The bed should be replaced - squeaked a lot - the bathroom neat and clean. At least four stars might eventually be achieved.

I spent 4 days and 3 nights in Marta's house. It is located north of downtown Miami and has a pretty good connection to the Metrobus, so you really do not need a car is. To downtown is about 20 minutes from South Beach is 35 minutes by bus. The house itself is actually quite beautiful, a little cleaner could be anything - especially to disturb distributed everywhere in the home dog hair when it is not used to. The hosts are very nice, all-American hosts indicated. All in all, the property "okay" - 3 stars. Next time I'm going to Miami, but treat yourself to a different accommodation. Best regards, Andreas

The house is Spanish style, very well appointed with large and relaxing garden with many plants and flowers. Marta and Juan Carlos are very helpful and kind. The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. Bello also the loft. The house is located in a safe neighborhood (Biscane) and is easy to reach by bus downtown, Bayside and Miami Beach. Near the house there are many restaurants, both americans and foreigners (tried Argentinian and Italian: Excellent!). Who likes animals: Teeny and Micky are very nice (and not intrusive). I was only 2 nights but if I could I would have stopped much more. If I go back to Miami I will return to Martha. Daniela

In simple words , Just lovely , Marta and JC have been the perfect hosts location is very nice and relaxing , Nice restaurants arround , I felt very safe over there and liked the neighbourhood , Biscane Blv. If you like small dogs , Micky is awesome....:-)))))) ......felt sad to leave Miami..:-(( but will return , to the same place , Its a promise !!

After arriving late that evening at the Airport in Miami we arrived at Marta's place and it was a very good choice! Marta and Juan Carlos are very good hosts and the place in total is wonderfull. It felt like coming home! Our room was very nice with a good bed and after a good night sleep we had a good breakfast on the porch. We stayed there for 3 nights and we also stayed the night before we had to fly back to Amsterdam, this night we stayed in the Loft, this was a experience we will not forget, in one word GREAT!! If we'll go back to Miami, we will go back to stay there again,for sure!! Bob & Angelique

Excellent reception, I can not say it better! Marta is a very friendly host welcomed us and really fun to meet people. Her house is beautiful, in a secure gated. I return home!
