Triple Room in the Center - NEW

A very warm welcome. The very cozy place. We really felt at home. Clean and spacious. We spent a very good night.

Mirella is very available. The room is big, confortable and clear. Sharing the bathroom has not created any problem through compliance coexistence's rules of each guests. The position of the house is perfect, 2 minutes from the centre. ADVISED.

Nearly everything went fine during our stay in Valencia. Only the key delivery was problematic. We had to wait nearly one hour until we received the key. Apart from that Maria was a kind and dedicated host. We enjoyed our time in Valencia a lot.

El piso esta en un sitio muy bueno. Cerca de Plaza de la Reina, entonces cerca da la calle para shopping y para tomar algo y comer. La habitacion es grande y hay suficiente espacio para 3 personas. Las camas son ok y el bano tambien. Es solo a vaces hay gente fuera que son un poco suspecio y es ruido por la manana. Si quieres solo una habitacion para dormir, este es una recomendacion! Me gusta que Maria es muy amable y ella no tenia un problema cuando nos abandonar el piso. Good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Room is big but has only essentials. But its clean and the same goes for the bathroom. Since there is no living room or a community room, and the fact that Maria is not living there, I would normally give 3 stars. But as she is a very nice person and she gave us tips where to go and what to do, and also that she had no problem with us checking out really late, i give her 4 stars. Be aware that there might be some suspicous character out there at times (seemed harmless though) and that it can be loud in the morning with the people chattering downstairs.

The apartment of Maria was very nice. Especially the location was just perfect. Right in the city center, and you can reach every important sight by food or just rent a bike. The apartment was clean, and the bathrooms were cleaned a couple of times during our stay. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed Valencia to the fullest in that great location!

The accommodation is simple but clean and the beds are very good. The location is great, right in the city, yet it is very quiet in the apartment.

Conveniently located in HP, pedestrian zone. Restaurants and cafes nearby.

Mirella is a very nice host. The appartement is really clean and the location is very strategic. The check out and check in time is really flexible too. The service provided by her is really satisfying. She really takes care of the guests and very friendly towards them. I really recommend this place.

I liked the place, and maria was very nice and helpfull with me.
