Minutes away from the shopping district of Orchard Road, the Central Business District, Raffles Place, the nightlife of Clarke Quay, this apartment is on Beach Road in Bugis. You will be steps away from the historic Arab quarters (Arab Street, Baghdad Street, etc.) and the Sultan Mosque. Very convenient as a jumping off point and for food.
5 minutes to Nicoll Highway MRT, 7 minutes to Bugis MRT, 2 minutes to bus stops with buses going all over the island.
The apartment has 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. It is on the 28th floor and has a beautiful view over the Sultan Mosque. Lots of sunlight during the day and peaceful at night.
The apartment is furnished with a King sized bed, a sofa ( which can double as a bed ) and fully equipped kitchen. There's also extra sleeping bags available to accommodate extra guests. You can use WiFi, the brand new 32-inch TV. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.
This is a great location with the comfort of staying at home while being a stone's throw from all the fun.
I would like to have background information on all persons staying in the apartment, including occupation, linkedin profile etc.
A security deposit of S$950 will be collected in cash upon check in for stays shorter than a week.
Security deposit of S$1,500 will be collected in cash for stays longer than a month.
Please note that kids and children are considered additional guests as well, and please input them according to the total number of kids who will be staying at the apartment.
