Absolutely fantastic is all we can say. The apartment was spacious, clean, attractive and the best stocked apartment with "basics" we have ever stayed in. Although an older building the apartment has been nicely renovated and is conducive to both relaxing and visiting the city sights. Thank you Yavor and Minas - we have already recommended your apartment to a few people.

Great Host! Very organized, really good recommendations (restaurants etc)!! The flat is very nice and clean. I would always book again with Minas :)

My sister and I rented this apartment for 3 nights in July 2012 while we were in Athens, our last stop in Greece after touring the Islands. Minas and Yavor are super lovely people and our stay here was fantastic. We would really recommend that if you're staying in Athens you rent this apartment! They give you clear instructions for how to get to the apartment, the facilities are very well-equipped and thankfully air conditioned! They give you all sorts of pamphlets and maps of athens, and they even greet you upon arrival and give you sweets and some tasty wine :) The apartment is also close to some good shopping and only 20 minutes walk to the acropolis. A great value for your money!

What a supurb accomodation! We had an excellent time in this very complete appartment. Everything you'll need in a hands reach: citymaps; wireless internet + netbook; fully equiped kitchen and taxi's/trolleybus stop at ground level. The only minus is the noisy traffic on the roundabout outside that even the double glazing can't keep out... nonetheless one of the best stays we've ever had!
