This lovely and spacious apartment is located in the strickt city center of Berlin, 10 minutes on foot from the famous "Golden Else" - The Berlin Victory Column. The Brandenburger Gate and other great places to visit, like the street Unter den Linden, Alexanderplatz, Museum Island or Potsdamer Platz, are located in the direct neighbourhood.
After your arrival I will give you a map of Berlin and if you need - many practical imformation about the city and the direct neighbourhood.
The west side of Berlin with Champs-Élysées of Berlin - the beautiful street Kurfürstemdamm (Ku-damm), can be also easly reached within 15 minutes on foot.
To the wonderful, baroque castle Charlottenburg you can get within 20 minutes by bicycle, or a bus.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FLAT
The apartment is 50 m², on the second floor without a lift.
The living room contains a sofa bed (140 x 200), a wardrobe, an armchair, a table with two chairs, and if necessary an additional bed for a fifth person (spring mattress: 90 x 200). The sleeping room has a double bed (140 x 200), a dresser, a small wardrobe and a chair. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 4-plate stove (with oven), fridge, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, pots, etc., dining table with five chairs up to the bathroom, with a window that has a toilet, shower and hand basin.
Wi-fi ist available and kann be used for free!
Towels and bed clothing is included in the price.
There is a plug in the bathroom and has always been: on the left wall, it is visible on the photo of the bayhroom.

The apartment is located in the center of Berlin.

All of these places you can reach on foot in max 30 minutes, or the S3, S5, S7, S75, U9 trains will take you anywhere in the city in minutes.
Opposite of the house, there is a bakery, grocery shop, chemical shop with cosmetics.
800 m from the flat - at the station Zoologischer Garten, there is a a great bike rental: Fat Tire Bike Rental, which I recommend (great bikes and english speaking, nice service).
HOW TO GET
Connection with the public transport is very good: 500 m from the flat to the station Hansaplatz with U9 train and 900 m to the station Tiergarten (8 minutes walk) with S5, S7, S75 trains. With S-Bahn train you can get here directly from the main station (Hauptbahnhof), Zoologischer Garten or Alexanderplatz.
FREE TIME
There is so much you can do in Berlin! You can do a sightseeing by feet, by bike, by ship, by bus.
You can go to the museum to Museum Island and many other museums and galleries - Berlin is a paradise for people who love museums.
You can go for a wonderful shopping - Friedrichsstrasse, Kurfürstendamm, are nearby.
Or if you wish just to have some rest in the park - 500 m from the apartment starts a great and beautiful park Tiergarten.
