Recently renovated, the apartment has two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a spacious and cozy lounge with breakfast bar that connects with a complete fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is ideal for four people, master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the second has 3 single beds.
Located in Hiniesta Street, just off the beautiful Plaza San Marco, two minutes walk from the apartment you can visit the Church of San Marcos, a beautiful example of Gothic-Mudejar art, the convent of Santa Paula (which houses the oldest church in Seville), and the Baroque Church San Luis which is arguably the most important church in Seville for its fantastic altarpieces and ornate decoration. It is just five minutes walk to the Palacio de Dueñas, The Basilica of the Macarena, the Church of the Gypsies, and seven minutes to the Barrio de Santa Cruz and La Campana (center point). The center of Seville with the Cathedral, the Alcazar, House of Pilate, Jewish Quarter and its many other monuments, boutique shops and bars and restaurants is just 15 minutes walk.
The apartment is located in Seville´s old town, in an atmospheric neighbourhood that evokes the romance of Seville with its bustling, cobbled streets and beautiful perfumed orange trees. The location is ideal for drinks and tapas, with the popular and bohemian La Alameda de Hercules offering tapas bars, restaurants, street entertainment and a wonderful atmosphere just five minutes walk away. Five minutes in the other direction, Plaza Los Teceros has more excellent tapas bars including the famous El Rinconcillo, one of the oldest tapas bars in Seville. Plaza de Alfalfa offers more excellent option just 10 minutes walk away.
