An intimate 21m² room with enough space to cook, to have a sit and relax watching the news, or drink an amazing glass of Spanish wine while looking to the sky. You can relax after a tourist day taking a relaxing shower in the rustic wooden walls bathroom that will give you the sensation of being in a Spa.
The kitchen is fully furnished, perfectly equipped, with washing machine, oven, refrigerator, kitchen ware and a set of dishes. The apartment has also bed linen and towels, two bed sofa, kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave, air conditioner and a reinforced door. It is located on the 5º Floor without elevator, perfect to be on shape!

Area that surrounds the apartment:
The main part of Madrid is less than five minutes away: la Gran Via, Puerta Del Sol, la Plaza Mayor, el Palacio Real, Opera, Plaza de España etc… You can access the most important museums walking, also there are plenty options to go out or to go shopping. 300 meters up the Fuencarral Street (Calle Fuencarral) is jammed with stores and surrounded by the Malasaña, Chueca (the gay town) and Huertas, well known by its nocturnal life and its young and dynamic atmosphere.
It is impossible to find anything more central than our apartments. You will be able to walk all the Historical centre of Madrid, the emblematic points of the city and the most varied cultural offers by walk, because most of them are just nearby; cinemas, theatres and the most visited museums of the city such as Museo del Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia are much closer than you think.
Two minutes walking are enough to get to the famous Gran Via and from there, only a couple of blocks apart, La Puerta del Sol and La Plaza Mayor can be found. A classical point of contact for tourists and amenities.
To sit and enjoy tapas and sandwiches in some of the surrounding restaurants, which are several, on each corner of those historical streets is a forced appointment.
In search of a nightlife? Just going downstairs: You´ll be able to choose the way you want to have fun, full of restaurants and bars such as El Tigre or Oscar´s Bar, on the top of Oscar´s Building. As well as the last fashion discos: Joy Eslava, the huge 7-floors Kapital Disco, Cool ... No need to take transportation!
