For groups (HT) in Heart of Kowloon

Eric met us at the place and was a very friendly host - he even assited us with our bags and provided a welcoming drink. the place itself is centrally located between two mtr stations (so getting around was easy) with plenty of eating places on the street of the apartment - close to ladies market etc - cant fault the location. As is well documented there is no lift so a reasonable level of fitness required - or the ambition to get fiit. The apartment is 3 bedroom and well appointed (although I couldn't find a toaster) hot water is extremely hot - airconditioner worked well. If you prefer to open the windows, the street noise can take some getting used to - earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper. I would recommend the apartment for its location, appointment and host to anyone.

Six of us stayed at this spacious and clean apartment. Although the hike up the stairs took a bit of an effort, what greeted us at the top more than made up for it. We felt really comfortable staying there. The hall going up was a bit dirty, but that's to be expected in such an old building. The place is close to Mong Kok MTR station, but isn't right in the busy area so it's relatively quiet. It was nice having a washing machine available so we could do some laundry. Everything you need is provided including laundry and dish detergent. Eric was very nice and helpful. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and heaps of space in the apartment. Great for your fitness too! Be prepared to go up 7 flights of stairs ... 16 steps per flight! Would stay here again.

Hi Eric / Sally / Derek, Sorry for the late review as I was busy with work after i returned from HK. It has been a wonderful stay for me and my family in your apartment. Everything is good in the apartment and definitely a convenient place to get around in HK. The only downside I can think of is that we have to climb 7 floor as there is no lift available. But can be treated as a daily exercise though! Thanks alot for everything once again and definitely will stay in this apartment when me and my family visit HK again!! Cheers! Anthony

This apartment is modern/new/renovated ( especially love the cold marble floor ), clean & fully equipped with all useful things, incl. spacious living room with 2 long sofas and extra bed + TV & WiFi, 3 bedrooms with big beds, 4 airconditioners, 2 showers + 2 toilets ( of these 1 combo is in 1 of the bedrooms ), electric cooking plate, fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, dryer, towels, hairdryer etc. The only ‘minor’ downside is that it is on the 7th floor without elevator ( Need patience & will get good condition from this ! ;p ). ( Somewhat smelly on the groundfloor outdoors ( just walk ! ) & some rain dripped in during the heavy rainfall with the level 10 typhoon. Informed them about this, so this exceptional issue has probably already been repaired / solved ). Situated well : near MRT station, restaurants, convenience stores, items/fruit street etc. Thanks for the service & flexibility !

Eric's apartment is very beautiful and it housed the 8 of us comfortably. The apartment is fully equipped with the things we needed during our stay in hongkong, which included toiletries, washing machine, dryer etc. You do not have to bring alot of lugguage as you could wash and dry your clothes within 2 hours. I must mention that the free wifi provided is very fast, and it helped us do our research for the next day and allowed us to communicate with our friends and family back home. The apartment also has 4 air-conditioning units which was exactly what we needed during the scorching summer weather in hongkong. We are thankful for the chilled water that Eric provided upon reaching the apartment on the first day. The only downside to the apartment is that it is situated on the 7th storey and has no lift. If you are fit and abled and do not mind climbing 7 storeys, I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is conveniently located in mongkok and situated in the middle of 2 MTR stations. The walk to either stations take only about 5 mins. Around our block, there are also many eateries (some are 24 hours). There are also 2 convenient stores nearby. The are many shopping centres near that area which are within walking distance and ladies street is also nearby. All in all, I am very satisfied with my stay in hongkong, and I am thankful to Eric for renting us his apartment..

This place is really a nice, neat, clean and comfortable place to stay. You'll find all the things you need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that they don't have a lift but it is bearable. We will definitely stay again in this apartment.

Great apartment. Everything new, big and comfortable beds, modern kitchen. They have all you need to cook, do the laundry, shampoo, bath gel, .... They came to pick us up to the bus stop.

sorry about the late comment. Eric and Sally are very nice. My family and I had a great time here. i am pretty sure i will choose this place next time if my family come to HK again!

We were a family of 8 in this apartment located in a street with a supermarket right across the street and small restaurants around, it is surrounded with regard to eat! Very close to the subway and ferry WanChai. The apartment is okay with a beautiful kitchen and adequate supplies, but bathroom very narrow, inconvenient when you are many. To improve with an external mirror, shelves to store his clothes in the second chamber. Rather come to four people to be more comfortable. A little disappointed with the reception the day of arrival, the sms does not work, it took really call for online the person responsible for the reception. Otherwise, we had a good stay. appropriate services in expectations for the cost of the rental.
